Re: Dan & Phil Part 5: Dan & Phil Lester

I haven't laughed that hard in quite a while. I love Dan and Louise's chemistry, all the details were great cos they're so expressive in telling the story. When I see him all physically expressive like that I wonder what he'd have been like as an actor. Loved his voice sounding deeper too. I also th...

Re: Dan & Phil Part 5: Dan & Phil Lester

I noticed Phil seeming a little awkward, more towards the end, and I don't often notice these things that everyone sees. The way he said "Thanks" at the end was so offhand, I've heard him say it like that once or twice before. Like "we're done now, bye", but if he was feeling out...

Re: Dan & Phil Part 5: Dan & Phil Lester

That picture is great, the texture/style is really cosy. I love the shiny gold popcorn, the socks and his face is so real. All the stuff in the background too, it must take a while to do.

Re: Dan & Phil Part 5: Dan & Phil Lester

It's funny to see clips with Jameela, I haven't seen much of the older radio shows, but the way she talks to them is cute, all "gentleman, how are you?" and "right, boys". I didn't like what she said to Phil the week after the ice-down-the-pants, it was crude and he was so embarr...

The squiggles after the final l are probably xx kisses all loopy and sideways from writing fast. Something like that.

Re: Dan & Phil Part 4: The Cheekiest Link

That was fun. Obnoxious "that's not fair!" (it's your own quiz, fgs) and "give me the point!" Phil strikes again  Putting states on the right place on the map is hard. Their chemistry is very good and it's almost weird seeing him so his real self. He's so much older and sna...

Re: Dan & Phil Part 4: The Cheekiest Link

Watching it again and loving their parenting after the fire. Dan's all high-pitched ( memories of friends' mothers) with the dramatic "why" to everything and Phil's all calm "put them to bed".

Re: Dan & Phil Part 4: The Cheekiest Link

Oh my goodness, such drama. When Dan pushed his hair back and started going on at Phil about telling him about these things They're both all energetic and loud, Phil in his opinionated and singing kind of way, I love that. How can he not remember the alien abduction via telescope from The Sims 2, th...

Re: Dan & Phil Part 4: The Cheekiest Link

I loved the Tipsy video, apart from the poop talk that went on too long and overuse of the squawking chicken. It's interesting to see him be more himself, but also subtly in charge. It's odd that he seemed more open than usual saying "let's not go there!" just cos saying he didn't want to ...

Re: If you ship Phan…when/why did you start shipping it?

When I first saw comments about how they were looking at each other, omg he touched his arm and all that I thought the phandom was ridiculous (ngl often still do) and was (still am) not a fan of shipping real people cos it feels intrusive and makes things awkward for them. Over time things I read on...

Re: Gleam Team

When I first got into YouTube I mainly watched JacksGap (and Bertie's old vlogs) which led me to a bunch of the Gleamers, Zoe, Joe and Louise mainly (and also to Dan and then Phil thanks to the Speak Internet collab). I liked Zoe especially her anxiety video, sibling stuff with Joe and collabs with ...

Re: Musical Theater Thread

Ooh, musicals! I won't list every one I've seen, it's a lot and most of one shelf on my bookcase is full of programs. I've seen Cats a fair few times, different casts and general fangirling (even told Dan and Phil in my Tatinof M&G letter to please forgive my weirdness, but they'd make a good Al...

Re: The Rest of the Foursome

I love both of them. When Chris goes quiet I hope he's just doing more acting stuff. When I found his channel I was in bits laughing at the Sherlock parody, but it's one of few I found really funny so I haven't watched a lot of his stuff. I have seen him in the Forever Train, Oscar's Hotel, Friend L...

Re: Youtube Events

I went to SITC for the first time last year and the panels were the best part, though the queue for the one Dan and Phil were in was awful. They cut it off before it was full because of so much pushing so there were possibly another 200 people hanging around next to the queue and eventually they let...

Hello again

Hey all, hi again. Nice place here. I was out of it with a cold when the blowup and move happened and the first thread on here zoomed on so quickly, I left it for a while and just started catching up today. So much to read
