I'm not trying to diminish Dan's video or it's importance but let's not ignore the fact that it got the attention it did is because it was a coming out video. I think most influential lists are shit anyway. It doesn't explain why the person is considered influential and as we can see from the number one placeholder, it clearly doesn't care about the kind of people doing the influencing.
