I notice that there is a lot of talented video editors in the phandom and they use their talents for some amazing phan videos and I thought it'd be fun for us to share our favs and we could talk about them?!

Moved from Other Fandoms and Recommendations to the Dan and Phil section.

This is my fave one. I love it when a video is interspersed with voices and not just purely song and pics/video clips. Plus the song is appropriate to Dan (loved you since we were 18 part), so no matter how many times I've watched this, it's still like a punch to my gut and gives me so much feels. Sorry if I'm being . I just rewatched this before posting this here.

I have a soft spot for videos about dan which show how much he has grown personally. (well timed with the #rebranding)

RiriPandaHeart2 and DeadlyNova 'When We Were 18' and 'Young and Beautiful' are two of my favorites, so appropriate.

momoroki 'Oath' is a good one and the animated ones are cute!

Moon YES happy Dan! That last one is precious.

Okay so my absolute favorite has to be 'Say You Won't Let Go' by phan trash. I love the intro, the quote and those first two images are just amazing, and of course the ending. My son just told me this was his favorite last night. (Yes I watch phan edits with my seven year old, they are actually safer than watching early PINOF or AmazingDan, you get to see the chemistry without the cringe. And he already believed they were in love, so I'm not trying to brainwash him or anything.)



Going along with the young theme above, 'When We Were Young' also by phan trash is another favorite. The 2009 photos starting at 2:59 slay me every time.



Continuing the black and white theme: 'Friends' by BABYGVRL is great, even though I also believe their best friends, it still works well as a Phan song.



My favorite Phan song is 'I Won't Give Up'. Lots of people have made videos to it and I struggled to find my favorite (I'm a bit nickpicky), but the one I watch the most is by Montage New Media, because of the intro and exit clips from the BBC1 Radio Show. It's not as romantic as some of the others, lots of silly clips, but that's great, it's very uplifting. It makes me so happy.



Bonus silly happy song. It's ridiculous but I love it! phan trash's 'Dan Howell- He Likes Boys' I especially like how it progresses from just boys in general to Phil. And you can't beat those clips of Dan from the Truth or Dare on the street.



I could add a lot more, but I want to give others a chance. Meanwhile I'll be working on a YouTube playlist for myself and adding some of the ones you all shared! Keep them coming please!

One song that I haven't seen made into a Phan video is 'Nature Boy' Anyone remember Dan's Dailybooth about this song? "The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return". So I plan to take that on myself, with the gorgeous haunting version from Aurora. *swoon* I don't know how to make videos with clips, but I've made lots of Wizard Rock videos with fan art and still images and the song is pretty short and simple, so I will be going with black and white 2009 and 2010 photos. I'll post it once it is made.

This is really cute and clever and she's a good musician. She just should put some Phan footage with her songs.

this is so sweet. it's so simple in a way, just video snippets of them being happy over the years, but exactly that simplicity just made me shed a tear. :')
