I'll write a review or something eventually in the Providence thread (and
@alittledizzy has my audio), but I thought it'd be worth mentioning that in last night's show, Phil addressed whether or not they'd keep doing insta stories after tour. And while they did go with the traditional "we don't do anything interesting... day 750: still in the sofa crease", Phil said he'd genuinely like to continue doing them, even if it's a bit less frequent and that maybe they'd do something interesting just so they could insta story it.
So that's hopeful.
On a related note, the m&g and show were reallyreally lovely and I'd have happily sat in that theatre another 2 hours just to stare at them in person. I went to tatinof and so I've gone through this whole weird post-show feeling before, but I still have a hard time reconciling
that D&P with the D&P whose content I drown myself in on a daily basis. It's a weird feeling that just makes you want to keep staring... and... staring... and staring at their very large and very real faces.
I don't think I want them to tour ever again, both for them and for us, but damn. It really is a unique experience when you consider what their traditional presence in your life is.
