Dan's tweet was about as gloomy as expected, but love that he replied to Phandom Gives! The TenEighty article is really nice too, I always liked them better than WeTheUnicorns, probably because it was founded by people who actually know and care about the YouTube community.

PJ posted a new video about board games and he mention Dan and Phil!
First he explained one game, and he used Phil as an example of another player. Then he full on admitted that Dan and Phil actually introduced one of the games to him, and while they were playing Dan made a funny comment (won't say what it is if you wanna watch). It's so sweet to know that they have couple board game nights and that they talk about each other in videos after all these years. He said some more things but I'll just let you go watch, it's the most recent one he posted and it's a nice video over all

I was typing about how D&P had an IG story with Dead of Winter and was that the one around Brighton time-- and then PJ ruined my theorizing by just saying that he played it with D&P. (I don't know if it's notable that he did mention a couple of other people he'd specifically learned or played games with, but D&P came up the most.)

That is surprisingly sentimental from him! *me reading way too deep into it* Maybe his emotional threshold is lowered somewhat because he is preparing to film a certain video finally.

Dan pretty much exclusively posts from the web client now, right? Someone mentioned to me (maybe an anon on tumblr) that people were theorizing Dan deleted social media apps from his phone, and I actually think there might be some merit to that. Twitter, at least.

I love how much art he's liking!
I think he could have deleted the twitter app. Then again he the reason he mostly tweets via web client could be that it's easier to not make typing mistakes etc? I definitely prefer typing on a keyboard to typing on a phone, and if I had millions of followers it would feel a lot less risky to make posts typed on a keyboard. Idk, maybe that's just me. Wouldn't be surprised if he did delete the app, though.
