Who has said this? I would be interested to know how it works out. I have never actually seen this before, I had no idea there was a cut from 13-15, it's either very small or Phil answered the question while the view was on them and not on them and the game. They can't of skipped it the question, they seemed(?) to have edited it so the question wasn't shown and answered on screen. Regardless, we'll probably never know. I don't get how it would be predictable that that was the question they edited out. I also went onto Akinator just now and tried to answer questions for Dan and Phil (3 times each) and no relationship questions came up. You can get them both in about 10-15 questions. Not sure how it works. Witchcraft.
I think you are wrong. By that time Phil had already been with his wife-to-be Janice, and since they decided to have children in the future, they have had to keep their relationship 100% secret to ensure their safety. His situation is even more complicated than that. You're forgetting Sabrina, his second wife that Phil wanted to keep a secret even more because polygamous marriages are fordidden in the UK, but Dan unfortunately outed her to the audience (maybe he wasn't sure which wife Phil would choose to introduce to the world). Phil still pretends he doesn't know who or who Sabrina is, but he clearly panicked when the chat brought her up. It's also unclear whether Phil already had a child with Sabrina (according to Dan), and Janice was really pregnant with his second child, or maybe there was some kind of set up and Janice wasn't really pregnant or she was but Sabrina didn't in fact have a child, maybe they planned to raise the child (whether it was already born or not) all three of them...
