zeemeermin You're allowed to pass out now!

Also the thing with Dan's female personas... There is a reason why Dan is called the tall lesbian.
But who the fuck am I kidding? I'm mostly just the rotting banana peel at the bottom of the phan trash can who genuinely gets excited over the thought of them snuggling in bed. Idgaf let a bitch live

mez29, on topic edition:
- I study the same subject at the same uni (postgrad though) as either Dan or Phil (but I'm not saying which!)
- I know one of the "famous" phanfiction writers IRL and have a cameo in one of her fics, but she doesn't know I know this and would probably be horrified by the extent of my D & P obsession.
- I didn't start watching D & P properly until I was ruined by a Dil Howlter marathon.

Well, if no one irl is ever going to see this...

I think D+P are awesome- I'm mostly in the phandom for Dan though.

Like a year ago I found out what asexuality was, and subsequently realized that I was asexual (and aromantic), and was very crisis-y about it for a while. I still am a little bit. I have not told anyone irl.
(Thought I was gay for the longest time, only to realize that thinking girls are pretty does not = attraction...)

I'm pretty crap at making friends.

- I tried making macarons today. I failed. they stuck to the parchment paper and they had cracks. idk what went wrong.
- I've watched d&p probably since 2012 but only got invested in late 2014
- I really love avocados too.
- it's 3am here, I should sleep but I'm a night owl.
- gg and the friends I made from there made my 2015 so much better

- i have 31 tabs open on my phone right now, all of them are fanfics, it's a problem, but i don't fight it anymore (dizzy you're one of my favorite phanfic writers btw *waves*)
- on that note, fanfiction gave me 'the talk', since i accidentally run into a nfsw harry potter fic at the age of 12, ooops?
- zeemeermin, i have also watched bestiality porn once, I WAS CURIOUS OKAY ohmygod
- i once accidentally sat down on an egg tray at the supermarket because i am that stupid, i left it on a shelf and pretended nothing happened

i am also bi af like so many of you

Such a fun thread, I love reading random facts about people!

- I get really stressed over absolutely everything (even writing this message is incredibly stressful for me.. haha), I'm pretty positive my cortisol levels are through the roof
- I have been subscribed to both D&P for at least 4 years, but I was nothing but casual viewer who simply enjoyed their content. I started getting more into them some time last year all thanks to GG, but never found the courage to join the discussion until now. :D
- I'm really interested in religions though I'm not religious myself (and might want to make a career out of it alongside psychology)
- Whenever I'm bored I look for split ends in my hair
- I'm most definitely pro-avocado!

Hi guys! This thread is so fun and interesting! :D It's great getting to know you all a bit better.

– I've never been in a relationship, I'm pretty sure I'm asexual, never kissed anyone, never done anything lol (so if I ever talk about sex or dating, I actually have no idea what I'm talking about)
– I associate every letter and number with a color (grapheme-color synesthesia). I think it's awesome.
– I have ADHD.
– I get a lot of pleasure out of transcribing things. It's so satisfying to me, idk why.
– I love Dan's patchwork shirt. I want it. I would wear it all the time.

(Also, just a bit more info: I'm a 21-year-old girl from California, I study linguistics, and my favorite color is orange :))

Hello everyone. I only posted a couple of times on GG, but just began lurking because I forgot my username and... I'm a really shy person... However, this forum will probably make me come out of my shell because it's so welcoming. When I got into Dan and Phil, right away I felt like an outsider since I'm 24 and a lesbian. However, seeing you people here from GG made me feel better about it. Even my interest of Dan and Phil is much to the dismay of my fiancée, though she is coming with me to one of the TATINOF shows. True love right there.

Wow this is like a therapy :D
I laughed out loud when i read this, maybe i should try that as well

here's some info about me:
- i'm asexual (or somewhere in the ace spectrum) i told my sister once and she said i'm too young to know :?
- i wrote two letters for d+p and someone else who met them (probs) gave them the letters. i was new in the phandom, and i used 'philion' and 'danosaur' in both of those letters  cringe attack
- nobody knows about my phan obsession except my sister and a friend and i like it that way
- i don't like to share my passions/interests with other people except the internet and my sis/family/close friends
without the internet, we never would have met

Hi everyone, jumping on the bandwagon here!

- At almost 21, I've not done anything more than make out with 1 guy once when I was 16 and am mildly terrified that I'll never find anyone to spend the rest of my life with.
- IRL I'm extremely introverted and a pretty anxious and awkward person, but I'm always sad to miss out when my friends do things (even though I know I don't want to join in clubbing or whatever?)
- I once made Dan and Phil on the Sims cause I'm a total loser

hey everyone

- 99.99% sure I'm bi, still find ways to have crises about it all the time though
- I was the epitome of a very very casual d&p viewer since the beginning of 2013, then fell down the phan rabbit hole in feb 2015 and found gg march 2015
- a lot of my friends would know who d&p are (from high school days) and my best friend (who watched them a long time before me) know that I quite like/am invested in them because I showed her voldy last year and we had a long convo about it
- I have a hunch that another good friend of mine used to be obsessed with the 'fantastic foursome', she showed me who crabstickz is and made a brownie graveyard(!) on halloween but I feel like she would judge me if I brought up the fact that I still watch them because she likes to be 'mature' now lol
- I have lots of allergies (yay)

Thanks again to everyone for making this forum, I feel a lot more comfortable posting here than I did on gg, and reading everyone's facts has been interesting

So, I religiously read GG and decided to make an account here.

-I read GG with my morning tea at 6:30 every morning
-on and off viewer of Dan and Phil since Dan was in uni, wasn't very invested back then though
-the mobile layout on this site is making my eyes strain, but it's worth it for the better site and mods

before I start can I just say how much I like that there are so many non-straight people on this forum? I always felt a bit alone with myself so this is nice for a change

- I'm a sexually confused person, somewhere between bisexual (biromantic?) and demi/asexual i guess. I haven't had the chance to find out so far (but I feel like I have to) so I'm a bit stuck there
- I recently pulled a dan and dropped out of uni, now I'm both relieved and very aimless
- I'm an introvert and I suck at keeping friends
- when I'm not busy wasting my time doing nothing on the internet I crochet (trying to channel my inner grandma here)
bluebox-away wrote: - I once made Dan and Phil on the Sims cause I'm a total loser
same. I once spent hours creating female versions of dan and phil on the sims (they were so pretty :( ) but then I accidentally set female!Dan on fire and I was so sad I quit the game altogether

I love this thread, what an excellent idea!

- I'm 23 (but I always get ID'ed for things a 16 year old can buy :( )
- I put Uni on the back burner after finishing college in order to look after my most favourite person (my Grandpa)
- I'm a Mathematician but my arithmetics sucks.
- No one ever guesses my ethnicity correctly in person (I mean by appearance and if anyone ever does get it right then i'll probably faint as i've had 23 years of many incorrect guesses) I don't ask them to guess by the way, people just tend to say "Are you.. *random ethnicity*" and it really irks me.
- Good god I love Marvel (and DC too but that may change once I see Batman V Superman :| ) films and I am soooo excited about CA: Civil War but I try not to geek out too much
- I'm not very knowledgeable about popular pop music (I tend to listen a weird variety of classical, K Pop, J Pop, Turkish Pop and RnB) and had no idea who One Direction were (My head of Maths teacher at College had to tell me) and I referred to Justin Bieber as Justine Beaver for longer than i'd like to admit (perhaps i'm a bit deaf).
- I prefer Dan's hair longer than it currently is and would like to see Phil with slightly lighter hair than it currently is
- I have a massive pet peeve of women calling themselves "sooo tinnnyyyy" when they're 5ft 5"+, you are of adequate height m8 and above average in the UK. Stop please.
- I first encountered Drarry fanfiction at the tender age of 13, fell down the rabbit hole after that and even though I am aware many of my friends write fanfiction (mainly in Sherlock) I have never admitted to reading any previously.
- I am bisexual/pansexual/an equal opportunist

Hi! I hope you're enjoying it, any ideas on what you'd like to go into using your Maths degree?

Oh god the crap arithmetic skills are so embarrassing and when people know you're a Mathematics student they'll say things like "Quick! I need to know what 7820 divided by 34 is and then multiplied by the square root of 256. Quiccckk what is it?" and that's when my soul floats away.
D&P's video with the impossible quiz had a Q of 24-7 = ? and I thought '18 seems about right' #epicfail.

Sorry for being OT: Kudos to the ladies that shared info, I know mine seemed tame/mundane in comparison but i'm terrible in those types of situations. I'd be like "I'm Izzy, I like booooks, swiftly move onto the next person plz."

Hey everyone! :)

- I've been really obsessed with things for as long as I can remember (I used to pretend my friends and I were warrior cats during recess in elementary school, I read my first smut fanfiction in middle school about Artemis Fowl, etc)
- I had a Sesame Street book with a picture of Oscar the Grouch on the back that would terrify me and haunt my dreams when I was little
- I thought there were two different words, "sacred" and "scare-red" (that was how I pronounced it in my head), that meant the same thing and I was horribly confused when I once tried to type out the latter on my computer one day and it just looked like the word "scared." I continued thinking that there were two separate words until I was reading a book aloud and said "scare-red" and my friend next to me looked up and was like wtf did you just say
IzzySmi wrote: I referred to Justin Bieber as Justine Beaver for longer than i'd like to admit (perhaps i'm a bit deaf).
Oh my god I thought his last name was Beaver too when I first heard my sister mention his name lmao (my hearing kind of sucks too, I'm that person who always says "What?" in a conversation)

In other random news I forgot to wash the knife between cutting up peppers for dinner and slicing apples as a snack and now I don't want to waste the apples so I'm eating them but they taste so weird and spicy in a bad way and ew

I'm pleasantly surprised by the amount of aro/ace people that are here, I honestly thought it was just me.

- I'm 19, been on the internet since I was 7. Please save this poor child.
- My social skills are extremely poor, so please don't be disappointed if I don't respond to something. (Probably being shy at that moment.)
- I like to draw in my spare time, sometimes I post it occasionally but ʕ ᵒ̌ ‸ ᵒ̌ ʔ
- First anime I watched: Sailor Moon, Inuyasha, or Case Closed/Detecive Conan. It's one of those, my memory sucks.

  • Female and gay. Slightly in love with Dan. He can be as politically correct about lesbians as he wants but it won't make him not look like a tall lesbian.
  • Youtube viewer since almost the beginning. Never invested until Dan & Phil.
  • Not a fan of avocados.
  • Actually a spider.

- In my mid-late twenties though I always get mistaken for much younger. Instead of complaining about it, I use it to my advantage...(student ticket discounts anyone? )
- Dan and Phil are the only Youtubers I watch. I mostly watch musical performances on Youtube otherwise.
- I work as a scientist so when my co-workers ask me what I like to read for fun, I always lie and say something more intellectual. In reality, in my spare time, I only read romance novels
- I confess to still having not watched a number of blockbuster movie series (Star Wars, Hunger Games, Divergent, Twilight, Star Trek, etc.)

Literally my entire life. What's funny to me is that I tend to get pegged as different races/ethnicities/nationalities in the three countries I've spent significant time in.

USA: Mainly Mexican (or blanket Latina)
UK: Spanish (ALWAYS SPANISH)
Canada: Damn near always Italian

All of which I am not. :) Yay being "bi-racial" & confusing as fuck to humans!

Anyone want to hear a "race is a cultural construct" speech? Yeah, I thought not. I'll keep my inner anthropologist tucked away (for now). 8-)
