1) Wow, Phil actually replied.
2) "time to fight me" Yeah like a pillowfight that ends in cheese.
I love them.

But who the fuck am I kidding? I'm mostly just the rotting banana peel at the bottom of the phan trash can who genuinely gets excited over the thought of them snuggling in bed. Idgaf let a bitch live

To quickly get back to the money issue (because I was one of the people that mentioned feeling uncomfortable about some aspects of it):
Dan's tweet about the tour bus almost makes it look as if they had no idea about the bus layout up to this moment, which I find unlikely to say the least. I got the impression that they control most if not all the aspects of this tour so surely the choice of the bus as well?
edit bc: so basically what phamnotof just said. Why do I take so long to write these?? somebody always beats me to it

Do two bedrooms even fit in a tour bus??? Or are they as some of you suggested having two tour buses?
Well, even though that twitter convo feels like something they made up to keep people from speculating about their sleeping arrangements (while providing that ~domestic~ fanservice), I feel like we can maybe cross off the tour buses with only bunk beds?
EDIT: Oops, I'm too slow again!

'only one bedroom' is he trying to imply there's more than one? I'm no expert but i spent a considerable amount of my teenage years obsessing over bands and i've never seen a bus with more than one bedroom, it's either a bedroom or no bedroom
so i'm team 'they're tweeting that to try to explain why their bus has a bedroom in the back when we inevitably find out the layout' until someone shows me a bus with two bedrooms
they definitely just made everything more suspicious imo

This is what I thought too which makes the wording even weirder. At any rate, +1 ontrashqueen wrote:'only one bedroom' is he trying to imply there's more than one? Yes, like they self proclaimed control freaks didn't know the layout of the bus? Also didn't they buy things for the bus?
I don't think they rented two buses maybe a little camper max? I think as usual they are trying to confuse people.
Also I just remembered that tomorrow there should be the last internet takeover
or is memory failing me
P.S:still no D&P in other vlogs? or other youtuber mentions (apart from jenna)?

English is not my first language: half of the mistakes are typos ,half are me
you basically just put into words exactly what i was thinking. i've seen plenty a tour bus in my teen years. and only those with the back bedroom have tv/bathroom. so they're covering up. we see you, D&P. shaaady.trashqueen wrote:'only one bedroom' is he trying to imply there's more than one? my first thoughts when i saw the tweet where that they're clearing up the bedroom question before people find the layout of the bus and assume they're sharing. it just made it even more suspicious imo
how would they not know about the layout of the bus before today? seems iffy to me, surely they would've looked into it before they decided to hire it for months

Quick chime in to say that in my fairly extensive historical knowledge of tour buses, I am unfamiliar with a 2 bedroom bus as well. (This includes buses for Grammy award winning artists)
However, bunks in tour buses usually have tvs in them that fold down and are connected to either the tv in the front or back lounge, and it does sometimes happen that not every one of the bunks on the bus has a screen.
So it is possible that when they say "bedroom" they mean bunks?

could be but i doubt it. i'm sure when they say bedroom they mean a room with a bed rather than a bunkcora808 wrote:Quick chime in to say that in my fairly extensive historical knowledge of tour buses, I am unfamiliar with a 2 bedroom bus as well. Yeah, but I don't think bunks have their own bathrooms connected to them.cora808 wrote:Quick chime in to say that in my fairly extensive historical knowledge of tour buses, I am unfamiliar with a 2 bedroom bus as well. (This includes buses for Grammy award winning artists)

Goddamn you, Daniel. My theory: I cannot find any entertainment coaches with two full bedrooms in my limited Google search party + previous knowledge of these things. Only ones with one master plus bunks/small bedrooms/foldout sofa beds. I cannot see one of them getting the master bedroom while the other takes the room with a single/sofa bed/bunks... what have you. I'm verging on total phan af territory here, but it really looks like they very well might share a bedroom on this tour. I think they'll probably share a room, possibly with Martyn + Cornelia on the sofa bed on the same bus + another sleeper for the rest of the crew (I really can't see them sleeping in bunks on a coach with a party that includes a girl they they just picked up on a whim, it seems, at Playlist). They'll probably just claim that where Martyn/Cornelia sleep is where one of them sleeps if they ever show us the damn thing.
Also, I completely like the Kanye shoes on Dan... I'm really losing it with this post. I have zero opinions on necklace/mic insanity though. I can't believe I just went totally on this forum... Thom Yorke save my soul.

I definitely think it will be just the four of them on a bus, cause i know they cant stand living 2 months with strangers.
Anyway, i keep searching and searching for a 2 bedrooms bus with 2 bunks and i cant find it. If the bus has bedroom, it's always just one, with 3 or more bunk beds. So the most possible conclusion is that they have 1 bedroom and 3 bunk beds. Like this:
Or this:
But only, the first one that the one bedroom seem to has the bathroom and TV all to itself. Or i don't know, maybe later i'll find bus with 2 bedrooms.

He worded that tweet incorrectly, that's all.
So, they chose a bedroom instead of a lounge, smart move. Boyfriends, or not boyfriends, I'd rather sleep in an actual bed with my platonic best friend at least once in awhile. Having a bedroom is good, because I think they will rotate with it and use it in situations like when somebody is not feeling well, etc. Catching up on the sleep. Remember, there are at least 3 tall guys on the bus.

Ugh, they irritate me so much. If you really want us all to believe you are just biffles, stop putting out merch where you look like a couple. You can brand yourself as a duo while sticking totally with the best friends image. I'm tired of the mixed message.majitzu wrote:

From what I understood people think someone quoted Dan but still
how everything happens to him?

I thought maybe this too, but then him mentioning a toilet makes it seem like he did mean a separate suite bedroom, not a bunk.iero wrote:could be but i doubt it. i'm sure when they say bedroom they mean a room with a bed rather than a bunkcora808 wrote:Quick chime in to say that in my fairly extensive historical knowledge of tour buses, I am unfamiliar with a 2 bedroom bus as well. Dan 'Cena' Howell vs. Phil 'The Rock' Lester. That would be a golden title for their first daily tour vlog
Sorry for being Donald Mc Killjoy here but i think you have got to add a lot of subtext to that tweet to read it as "we are a couple and you all know that we'll be sleeping together on the bus". It only makes sense to interpret it like that if you know they're basically a couple, are hiding that fact and are stupid enough to lie about their sleeping arrangements by tweeting about it while they could just.. not tweet anything about it.

Finding my own inarticulate prose
Weirding out strangers and laughing at those
Jaundiced and jaded, postured and posed
Not that we’re special it’s just that we’re
Closing in on a place where we might get to be
Living real people regularly

Here is her and her dad talking about Dan and Phil/phan/Dil/fandom culture and I love her dad so much for not talking down to her about any of her interests and genuinely being into having conversations with her about them.
yes, it's not a regular thing to say in Germany, but it's a "bad translation of a meme- internet-thing"; like said.felucca wrote:I think it's an internet/nerd thing?
