here's the story:

so I had gotten to the theatre at 4:30 and there weren't any signs for the meet and greet then we asked where it was and they said it finished (it's was 6 when we asked) and then me and another girl were the only ones who didn't see them and a manager said we couldn't do anything but we could have our books signed so we let them take it since we had no other choice and then when the woman came back she didn't have the books and suddenly told us to come with her so and took us backstage to see them and we got a bunch of pictures, hugs, and I managed to give them some art

One question, for how many time do you think you are gonna be in this fandom? I have love pokemon since I was 5 year, and now with 22 I still enjoy it so I think I will be here for years and years

it's year number 8 for me, i am leader of the trash kingdom and will not leave

EDIT: omg, they are so sweet to do a little extra meet and greet for the girls who missed it!!! i hope this doesn't lead to a bunch of other fans saying they missed it in the hopes of a more intimate m&g

I'm not super interested in bed arrangements in the tour bus but I just ignore that sort of stuff if it doesn't interest me. People are entitled to chat about whatever they want here. But I do think that has to be within limits. Looking up bus plans and comparing it to pictures from real life. Yep I'm cool with that. Calling or contacting the bus company however makes me completely uncomfortable. There's a difference between looking at publicly available material and actually investigating things.

Thanks God they could met . Imagine paying for a vip and missing the meet up. I'm glad that the boys understand this and didn't just sign the books.

I think people were talking about calling the bus company because the website's images weren't clear which interior was for which bus? I don't think that's much different from looking up the bus images/plans online (it's just looking for further clarification based on what's already publicly available online). It's not like the bus company can release the info for what bus they rented to D+P if that's what you meant/were worried about (and I don't think that's what people were going to ask anyway?? Someone can correct me if I'm wrong lol)

This was so kind I am so happy they took time out and met these girls. Looks like Phil's hugs are more like Dan's lately, one hand on the shoulder to keep the distance. But I dont blame them really.
One thing that bothers me are all the people that want to hold their faces. I am a lover and I love hugs but to have strangers holding my face no thank you first its intrusive and second germs These guys have a long road ahead of them they need to stay healthy.

About the Bus tweet.. When I saw it my first thought was they just saw the bus irl for the for the first time and was overwhelmed and excited and as like a joke saying I get the best spot type thing, even if they were to share but as a joke and being silly. They might not of thought that threw or maybe they did and I read it wrong.
As for giving the room to Martyn and Cornelia I dont think they should have to. I am sure they have more than one vehicle but I would imagine alot of others could just drive in their cars, why would they need to be on a huge tour bus. Its way cheaper on gas and saves lots of money in the long run.
I am sure there was more I wanted to say but This is a long enough Post.

doesn't seem intrusive at all imo, most bus renting websites have that kind of information easily available but this one was kind of a mess and as you said you couldn't even tell which interior belonged to what bus

and tbh it's already 99% sure they have just one bedroom judging by the pictures on the website and the reverse google image search i did, so getting rid of that 1% doubt doesn't seem like a big deal?

So I'm watching the clip where they hug one of them and I'm thinking..... did D&P go to, like, meet and greet hug training workshops or something? They both settle one hand on the shoulder, which seems to be a (smart) way of keeping distance between their bodies. At first, I thought it was just a Dan thing, but if this is something Phil also does, then it makes me think it's a conscious maneuver. (Phil is just better at making it look less awkward because he fully wraps his other arm around the person.) Like I said, it's smart because it probably protects them from getting groped, and eliminates whatever sexual implications come out of 2 grown dudes hugging a bunch of (underage) strangers.

Phil's hugs always look so great, coming from a completely objective standpoint too. It's more than just the arms; he also leans down, he usually bends his head down really close to the other person's. He's really quiet, but appears super physically affectionate. Dan, however, rarely leans down and doesn't make much eye contact either.

Which surprises me, because Phil also always seems to be the super awkward one during meet-and-greets. Whenever they come out to announce themselves, it's always Dan doing the talking, and when they meet people it's Dan who does the greetings and makes the same comments again and again, while Phil is just at the side and nods and agrees and that's basically it.

I'm afraid this sounds like I'm critiquing them, but honestly I want them to do what makes them happy and I'm glad they've found a way that seems comfortable and routine to them.

Well, these bastards have had me in their claws for four years now and I don't see myself leaving this fandom anytime soon. The phandom is interesting and keeps me entertained. Maybe I'll start being more casual at some point, but for now I enjoy being full on trash

I don't join fandoms that often tbh, but those I join tend to last even after it dies. Even if I don't pay attention to it for a while, I always return. I'm loyal like that.

As for the mild-drama overnight, You're all beautiful little trashcans, however stinky.Nobody can or will want to get involved in every single topic that bobs up to the surface, and that's fine. Re: the amount of *true* lurkers. Maybe they are not as many as you think. I rarely post cause most of the time I don't have anything relevant to say but I'm always lurking (except when I'm working or (hardly ever) socialising), and I'm of course registered. So maybe some of the lurkers are people who don't post very often and don't bother logging in every time.

Now that I'm at it, I'll say I'm one of the shameful people who are excited for busgate just for fun.
