What I've always wanted to read from this fandom is more great relationships or instances of great relationships with women (OCs or otherwise) that are more, let's say, normal and not just devices to a mean to further the plot... i don't know how to explain. But think the character of Phil's japanese girlfriend in So Many Stars who Dan liked very much too.

Zombie apocalypse/apocalyptic virus outbreak while Dan and Phil are on a bus traveling across middle America.
Dan, Phil, Martyn, Cornelia, and misc. crew member secondaries vs the world... maybe with the addition of a couple of strays. And at least one literal stray - they deserve a dog at the end of the world.

Okay, two more requests from me:
1) At some point I will almost certainly write a story about "The Rules," because they really captured my imagination. That being said, if anyone else also wanted to write a fic about them, I would read the heck out of it.
2) A phanfic where their heights are involved somehow. I'm just very intrigued by the whole controversy, like who is taller?, why does Dan seem so keen on insisting that they're the same height?, do either of them ever think about the fact that Dan used to be shorter?, and so on. Fluff, angst, comedy — anything would be fine.

I've been working on a fic but after seeing a few requests and mentions of it in the main thread, I've kinda changed the direction of it to include a polyamorous relationship between Dan/Phil/Jimmy cos that's my fucking headcanon 
It's a pretty long fic, and not yet finished - I know there are mixed opinions on WIPs, but do y'all think it's better to complete the fic and post it all at once, or do the whole weekly updates thing?
It's an alternative 2009/2010 fic where Dan goes to uni in Manchester but instead of being a recluse he lives the typical student life of sex,drugs and rock & roll, many drunken after parties at Phill's gaff (and now threesome phanimmy hookups

Ok I would like to just say that I am not a writer. Never have been, and probably never will be after this.
I've only read like 3 different fanfictions before (besides like... the hat fic and gross ones like that) but I actually enjoyed writing this. It was fun, even though it turned out to be super angsty.
That being said, I wrote most of this at like 2am so keep that in mind. oqua is good at writing funny/lighthearted stuff, so if she's writing a fic it will most likely be hilarious and you should just skip this one altogether.

lilmango that was really nice! probably because of my recent down mood i would have enjoyed even more angst in there
if this is what you can write with having read 2-3 fanfics i'd say you should write more! maybe one day even i will give it a go, why not ugh.
