[offtopic]This is really off topic but I was just rewatching some old gaming videos...

I was rewatching the Just Dance one and I forgot what a gold mine it is, now looking back I noticed that I didn't find any proper discussion of it because it was just a few days after the book announcement and everyone was still freaking out over that, but can I just say how much more natural they act in that? I remember people saying it looked 'last-minute' but seeing it a year later just looks like fun that's not overthought. I'm tempted to just download the video and put a black screen all over the gaming screen so my eyes don't stray from those two being dorks.

yeah peng just describes anything that is good, it's a slang adjective. People tend to use different words for weed, it's not necessarily associated with drugs

There's this one moment in the ls that is making me crazy. I need opinions. It's right after Phil says "That's why I'm terrible to - exist with." and then I'm prettyyy sure that Dan like, places a hand on Phil's back or something rather than laying it back on his own side because I've been staring at it for ages & it feels in a slightly different place than it was moments before. But mostly, because Phil sort of gets this warmest fucking smile and kinda low-key chokes on the word "hi" in the EXACT moment that Dan'd be placing his hand there. And it feels like such a "you're magic to live with" subtle reminder and it's doing things to me.

Never one to say this but maybe your are on too tight.

Yeah I also think Dan lies about getting all this shiz for free. Another thing he likes to say a lot is that he has lots of coupons/vouchers for designer clothing. I'm sure both these claims are true in some instances/were true at one point, but it seems a bit excessive now that he's getting so many handouts lol.

I'm not doubting that Dan has been twisting the truth but youtubers do get lots of handouts and free stuff so I wouldn't be surprised if he does get that for designer clothing. For Yeezy clothing I doubt it. Kayne's brand doesn't seem like it would need youtube advertisers.

Had a random thought about the liveshow. At about 49:50 Dan started talking about Washington DC and mentions Thomas Sanders and then switches to the Vine they made with him. Am I the only one wondering if there is something about the show in DC and Thomas Sanders, or if he just went Golden Retriever (saw Thomas Sanders mentioned in the chat?) ?

Yeah I totally agree. I know youtubers get lots of handouts but for the items Dan says he receives for free, it just makes me a bit suspicious sometimes lol. Do youtubers get free individual items of clothing that are anywhere near the price tag of Yeezy clothing multiple times? I guess it's possible. Dan is getting these free things but he's not promo-ing them in the same way other youtubers do so if it was given to him it's not really #spon but just a freebie/party favour lol.

I think Dan would have sooner not said anything about it at all, than to lie about it. That is their preferred method these days.

i also didn't get the vibe that he was lying/is ashamed about buying expensive clothing? he's talked v openly about buying items from expensive lines bc he considers them pieces of art or whatever

like in the liveshow (09/02/16) where he talked about not paying for the yeezy sweater, just afterwards he said "so, whilst i didn't buy this, i might buy other things... *laughs* i'm sorry, if you have a prob"

and like other people have pointed out he's been open about buying the shoes on ebay and stuff
