I respectfully disagree, i think that Tyler has a lot of flaws..but I don't think he would ever stoop to ''accidentally'' outing someone like that. I just don't.
My favorite thing I've ever seen on a antiphan blog was ''I just don't think that Dan could like guys because he acts so straight, he doesn't give off those vibes.'' Are we watching the same person? You would have to be blind not to see that Dan is a bit camp. Not that ''acting straight'' is indicative of sexual preference anyway. Antiphan blogs are usually run by lusty angry dangirls anyway, so I tend not to give them the time of day.

It was late 2015 when he liked it and there were multiple screenshots. It was discussed in GG and tumblr made a holy trinity of tweets "accidently" liked by the boys The theory may be far fetched for Tyler but it would be naive to think that others don't disprove of the ambiguity Phan brings about their sexuality/relationship. Especially since Phil had been out of the closet with his old group of Youtube friends, Steven and Charlie being in that group, then never mentioned his sexuality it again. It must be frustrating for those who know the truth and are always harassed about Phan- Charlie being a glaring example .

I have seen much worse in the Phantiblogs. It always seems to be the Dan-inclined fans (I hate the word Dangirls ) who tend to be more passionate against Phan while the Phil fans support it which always striked me as an interesting dynamic (this is based on the phanti blogs I have visited.)

I've always wondered how Dan and Phil's gay and bi friends reacted to them going back in the closet...some of them not well, I imagine.I'm guessing they must have alienated a few people in the process. Luckily Adam didn't seem to be one of those people, I'm assuming.

I also hate the word ''Dangirl,'' ugh. From what I've seen on here, the ''Phil-inclined'' fans tend to bit older and more mature, and are better informed about all the old-school YouTube drama, so I guess it makes sense that they would have more chill.

I don't think Tyler reblogging that Phan thing is that big a deal. Tumblr stuffs up all the time but it's more likely he might have queued and reblogged that post at the same time and forgot to delete the queued version.

Tyler lying about being hacked is just him covering his butt. And I side eye him for that. It would have been better if he just deleted it and ignored it. That's what D&P do when they post things that are controversial and it works for them!

Exactly! I don't get affected because most people have very subjective arguments. If I want a real discussion on antiphan I'll just read the IDB thread . I just read through a whole one today and their reactions to Dan's anime video was that it was a cartoon therefore it was not a real "attraction" mention and don't get me started on the "Dan is straight!1" bi erasure that happens. Apparently Dan is jealous over every hot man even though his attraction mentions are clearly ATTRACTION and not "I wish I looked like that" . Then they bring up fanservice and for the whole time I sat there and thought: they are so motivated to prove that Dan is straight that they make him look like a heartless human being who manipulates people to stay relevent. I mean if you love him so much and respect who he is as a person (and have danxreader fantasies) then don't imply that he is playing with sensitive topics such as sexuality and manipulating those who are his fans

It's funny because said a lot of times they don't care about shipping. Fanfiction and fan art are creative and they appreciate them. Shipping protects them because people will think it's like other real people ships that don't have any truth to them. They only care when people look for their history and the truth behind the shipping.

Some Phanti blogs actually end up not only trying to disprove a possible relationship, but also discredit their whole friendship. Once I came across one someone literally that actually said "the only reason Dan went up north to see Phil for the first time was only for the soul purpose of filming the first Phil is not on fire." or something along those lines. If you actually think Dan and Phil have only ever cared about making videos together and nothing else about their friendship, there's a problem.
