I don't believe that kind of tests actually mean anything, but that's some interesting analyzing. :thumb:
And of course I also did it
I imagined an average-size wooden crate with the storm right above it (with lightings strinking at it), a metal ladder on the right kind of hanging in the air, a bunch of daisies under my feet, and a fucking unicorn. Kind of accurate as well... But I think what says the most about me is that the desert I imagined was the desert from Final Fantasy X. :lol:

My results:
The cube was huge and made of metal or glass, but what's new?
The ladder was made of metal and was big and leaned in the cube so that I could climb on it.
The horse was a saddled black/maroon one.
The flowers were a lot of lillies and far from the cube: I don't want children and had since a year told my mum how I will never have children, she obviously says how I will change my mind :roll:
The storm was huge but enough far away.
And now to watch dan's video :D

Sketchy Dan videos are my favourite and it was genuinely helpful. Was it the best video he has ever made? No. But

Drop the Base actually made me laugh out loud and nearly throw my phone across the room in embarrassment

Dan wearing his weed top again and his hair looked really weird in the video. It is too flat, I like it when it has more body too it on top.

How I feel about the video:

I enjoyed it. Of course I did, I'm trash. But I didn't love it. His advice was extremely predictable and to the books, for example every teacher/professor I've ever had has pretty much given out the same advice. So predictable it bored me. I also feel like he was trying a little hard to be funny. With all the screaming and shoving papers into his face it just felt forced to me. But I don't mean to be a negative nancy, as I enjoyed the neko atsume reference, the fanfiction reference (even if it had nothing to do with phan) and some bits made me smile/laugh. So all in all I give it a 5/10, I feel half and half about it.

btw i love that shirt on him ok come for me

the new video was nice, the skits made me laugh and dan + shirt and tie is . i didn't particularly find it helpful bc i think i've tried every tip there is lmao but i'm sure it'll be helpful to somebody.

edit: it is almost painful how hard he's trying to be relatable, what with the snapchat story and neko atsume notifications when he said he doesn't want to get a snapchat and gave up on neko atsume after a week. plus the captain america reference when I don't recall him being a big fan of it?

Okay, I really wanted to hate the video, but I didn't. Damnit. Why they gotta keep sucking me back in?

I was literally to the point where the only things deppy that are keeping me going are idb, phanfic, and those adorable future twitter accounts.

Oh, and I am bisexual. It is real. I exist. I hope one can't be too old for learning shite, but whatevs.

I love Dan's singing voice. I'm also quite happy he didn't go all too ''serious advice'' Dan and was mostly taking the piss. I like that the Gator Girl hat made an appearance in the background. It's funny that we were just talking about him filming on the toilet in 2009 and now once again he's filmed himself on the toilet, except slightly more clothed this time. :D I had no expectations whatsoever and I kind of enjoyed it, I was surprised. If only for the singing.

I didn't really like the video to be honest. The humour just felt a bit forced? Also, I think it is not a great subject to give advice on since everyone has heard all this so often before. I mean, maybe if you are like 14 big tests are kind of new to you? (I'm not sure if it's like that in the UK/USA, but if so I guess it could be useful).
My opinion might be influenced by the fact that I'm trying to ignore the exams that I should really be studying for right now. Don't remind me of my procrastination Dan I am kinda glad he finally posted though; I liked the comment that criticized his uploading schedule .

This sums it up quite nicely for me, like obviously it's not a perfect video but I did laugh out loud at some points + all the slash ship mentions 8-)
All in all better than I expected, so it's a from me.

I liked the beginning of the video.
He brought protips back, very nice.
Dan probably reads some of those steve/buckey mpreg fanfics.
Him dropping the base was great.
Another m/m couple mention, I approve.
Him on the toilet.
Dan's singing was really nice.
Censoring the nipples. :lol:
The end was good too, good for him to touch on the fact that he never finished college/university.
I liked this way more than I thought I would. I will probably rewatch it, at least once.

The video was eh. It felt rushed... as I suspect/know it was so nothing spectacular. I laughed a couple times. The toilet joke made me laugh, and the johnlock joke made me laugh specifically. The most interesting part was the single king size bed in the room to me though. :lol:

The theme of the video wasn't something currently relevant to me but I enjoyed it and found it funny from the nostalgic perspective. Not my favourite video of his; something about it felt forced or predictable but I'll definitely rewatch at some point... meaning now so I can investigate the bed situation
