Oqua Thank you for all those tweets. Is it weird that I want to get adopted by the Lester? (I love my huge family and they remind me of the Lesters)! They seem like such a sweet family. I am in love with their whole dynamic and would think any person would be drawn to Phil just on that.

vincentian you make some great points about Phil being drawn to his family more because he was a shy kid.It must have been hard for him to live on his own. I remember in his University portion in TABINOF he said he cried in Tesco with his mom I also love how Dan fits with the Lesters. I always found it funny that they were upstairs singing "breaking free" when Dan came to visit. I wonder what was going through Phils parents mind?!.....

Food tweets have been something Phil has been doing forever but never successively so I kinda want to smash a donut in his pretty face and call it a day.

Busgate:
After seeing the buses (irl) after tatinof, and seeing the boys in Chicago (not in person, via media) I was thinking this as well. I thought they stayed in Milwaukee until the Chicago pics and their bus being gone wouldn't have said much then. The two crew buses were still at the theater. I saw some of the crew just standing out side, two of the stage crew guys. And I knew that the merch crew was still tearing down... so that left D&P on their own bus. I think that the crew did not go back to chicago but either stayed in the Milwaukee area, or started going to MN that night after they were done at the theater.

I do assume Drake is on the bus with them. But since he is security, he would have to have some serious contract agreements about what he can and can not divulge. It his profession, and security, maids, mangers...etc tend to be privy to more info than other employees. And I am sure he wouldn't want to tarnish his professional reputation over these two internet dweebs. I think it is quite possible that they do have a bus to 'themselves" including the management and Drake, but they wouldn't count... if you know what I mean.

Probation Officer. There was a joke a few pages back spawned by a photo of Dan being surrounded by a police escort. The image conveyed Dan being in police custody, and "Drake" being his P.O. (probation officer.)

For me, the second word is either lean or bean, but I will probably change my mind after staring at it long enough
I'm thinking it's him trolling us bc all I can read is 'tan dan why cereal'
It's definitely (lol @ calling anything about his writing 'definite,' but I'm sure this is what it says): "tall bean why cereal"

He does his b's weirdly, so they're formed like a straight vertical line with a little upside-down "c" at the bottom. When he writes one fast it can look like that. And he probably starts his l's at the bottom, so when he quickly writes two in a row they're connected at the top.

Maybe slightly weird, but my sister is in college and when she is home my mom does everyone's laundry, hers included most of the time.

+1 That's what moms have in their bag of tricks to keep the kids at home a little while longer :) (if they don't show signs of being permanent basement dwellers...)

Not really. My sister is a month shy of 22 and she probably touches the laundry 3 times in a year.

Lol I don't think fancy_nancy meant "weird" as in unheard of per say, but more so that it might be reflective of Phil (and other capable adults in similar situations) being a bit spoiled? (Correct me if I'm wrong fancy_nancy)

This is all assuming Phil never touched the laundry much while living at home. It's possible he did do his own laundry at home sometimes but it was mostly his mom (for what reason, I do not know). For all we know he was a spoiled princess lol.

Maybe "uhg"? Like "ugh," but misspelled?

It really looks like "why" to me though. I just figured it was some kind of cosmic plea for the answer to the question of why Phil steals his cereal.

That's what I got too. It looks pretty clearly like 'why' to me to go along with the 'cereal'

I know, it looks a lot like 'why'. I'm weirdly fascinated about this, I really want to know. tall and cereal I think are confirmed but the middle two?

I swear to you the second word is "bean."

1) it makes sense
2) he does his b's weird. I just wrote a bunch of example b's the way he writes them. The one circled in orange I wrote to look like the one here. You can tell how it is in fact a b, just a really weird b. Also, if you look at how he tends to write the "ea" combination, it's like that.

Dan-style "b" examples I wrote:

I understand your fascination though. This is how I felt about "The Rules" lol.

I'm not entirely sure about "why," but I'm like 90% sure.

It sounds like Dan does laundry now too. They probably both do it, but they have referenced Dan doing the laundry a couple of times. I have to go to bed now (4 am wake up call) or I would look. I am sure some one else on here would know. I think one time was mentioned in the book? About turning all the clothes pink or something. I know I have heard it at least one other time from either of them... But Phil does do his laundry at least sometimes because on one ls he talks about his fabric softener. I thought that was interesting. In all the years that I had room mates, we never did each others laundry... ;)

Ohh now that you wrote these 'b's they do make sense for it to be bean, I couldn't see it that way before.
Also, I agree that the third word must be a why but it still doesn't fit the question, but that's mostly on Dan's choice than our interpretation tho

I believe that the third word is "why". It looks a lot like he stopped the second u in w to start the h, since it ends right under it. I think maybe he was trying to make a statement? something like "phil, stop eating my cereal" which would be pretty hard to do in 4 words.

His hand writing gives me so much confidence though.
Oh Phil, there was never a better king of the universe.

Maybe it's a general "why," like Phil is an enigma.

I wasn't around for the whole 'the rules' thing and it didn't move me enough to read on the old discussions but this right there is a great knowledge to have, people's handwriting is actually a pretty interesting thing.

I kind of want a font made from Dan's handwriting because of how ridiculous it would be. (Phil's too, because why not.) Are there enough samples to cover all the letters?
