I feel we have stoped complaininb about Phil food tweets, because there have been less of those, and this 2 days we have the starbucks Phil in glasses photo and today Dan in a car photo take by Phil. And they look so good and cute. What even is this post. Whatever I agree with you

To bring back the topic of the last US tatinof show...since scalpers bought out some seats in the mezzanine (and probably in orchestra too) sections to resell, then those seats will be empty as f*ck at the show. Nobody is going to pay a ridiculous price for nosebleed seats when there are cheaper tickets available on the credible/official site in the orchestra section.

Damn I'm really curious about what the final crowd will look like on the night of the performance I guess looking at the available seats from the scalpers' sites will give us a better idea of what seats will be empty at the actual show.

Also, I wonder if their YT friends will be coming to the afternoon or evening show. For the evening show, does anyone remember seeing if a row of seats in the mezzanine section were blocked off right after they released tickets? Assuming that's where they'd sit...

I kind of assumed they'd go to the afternoon show, just because that one sold less. This was before the free tickets though, but I'd imagine less people=more comfortable for a group of you tubers. Plus, it still has empty seats, especially as you said with scalpers, whereas I think the evening one was pretty solidly sold out. but if they want to do a party again, that the evening one.
Although vidcon wise, they could do a party there/that could count as a party/plus it depends when everyone comes in for that/if they have panels during their last show.

I think it's just so refreshing to see the otherside of Dan's face. I had forgotten it existed.
I haven't been attracted to Dan in years, but that photo did something. Phil's got a good eye for dem cute boy angles.

I think that in summer we are at 36°C but I don't leave my house and inside we are at 30°C. And all I do is lay in the floor and don't move or I would melt. I've never been at 44°C tho and I thought I live in a really hot city. In winter we are at 17°C and I'm cold

It was 20°C yesterday, so my co-workers and I went to the beach after work to cool off. I honestly can't imagine a world where it never drops below 0°C.

I mean... is it really phanservice if it's a true story? Phil is actually why he started youtube. To avoid saying things that make the fanbase happy, he'd literally have to lie.

(Which I'm not ruling out potential for. At the very least, some serious downplaying of Phil's role in motivating him.)

You're right, it ain't a lie. But to me, fan/phanservice is literally just giving fans what they want to see/hear as a "treat" of sorts lol. As in, it doesn't always happen all the time. And whether or not what is said or done is truthful is irrelevant (imo). When I say fan/phanservice, I'm referring to purposely encouraging that reaction by saying stuff like "I'm Phil trash #1", "we're having a domestic", etc. etc. in that knowing way. They know very well what to say and how to say it to invoke reactions lol. It's hard for me to explain if you don't know what I mean.

I mean, regardless what they say, people will over it, but I don't think anybody can deny that Dan's choice to use the words "phil trash #1" isn't very much encouraging the lol

i can't imagine being in such hot weather. if it gets to more than 20 c where i live i start to slowly melt into a ball of ugh. (i am an english wuss who can't handle heat okay)
i'm genuinely really excited for vidcon as a whole this year, i hope louise pulls through with the vlogs and gets some good deppy moments for us to analyse on end

About the whole stopping to meet fans things at conventions, I also think they're not allowed to. You see an innocent small meet up with a group of 10 people, convention organization and security sees potential safety hazard. And rightfully so...

If Dan and Phil stop for a small group of people, others will notice that and join the group in hopes of meeting them. This can get out of hand faster than you'd think, by the time they'll get halfway through the original group, there will be a whole new group of 10 people begging for selfies and autographs. And that just keeps going on, until there's a crowd packed into one small space (like a hallway, where people need to be able to move in case of sudden emergency). The crowd becomes an unorganized mess because people are excited and there are no rules, lines or security like in an official meet up. People can become impatient, push each other around and potentially get trampled (including Dan and Phil themselves). Plus, Dan and Phil wouldn't be able to get away without pissing off even more people than when they had just ignored the original group and creating an unfair situation for all fans involved ('i didnt get my stuff signed while they did, that's so unfair!!111one).

Conventions don't want that happening, which is why bigger YouTubers nowadays always have security with them when in public areas (some even hire their own security) to get through crowds quickly. That's no fun for fans, and I'm sure D&P wish it could be different, but conventions and security people are strict for good reason so both YouTubers and fans need to endure it and not make security people's jobs harder.

A while ago before one of the conventions Phil said he wouldn't be walking around as the year before he'd had such a crowd around him, security had told him he was causing a fire hazard.

Loving the Dan photo, very pretty. He's probably cool as a cold bean in that car with the aircon, they should be fine if they stay indoors. I remember the other year in Eilat, Israel I left a shopping mall to find a cab and if one hadn't come along within ten minutes I'd have had to go back to the mall, it was so hot. When I was in Spain in July years ago it was hot enough at 37 C.

They have been very cute lately. Phil's especially good with the funny faces he makes. Long live the cute.

he should be on that one however it is on the 24th morning time, i don't think that he'll want to wake up early for a panel after a two shows day (and possibly a party night as it is the last date)
