I wish I could tell you guys but honestly I'm not even meant to be on here, due to a contract I signed (not directly with dan and phil but people that know them).

I'm only talking about the proof that's in the "public eye", but Charlie himself said he was never in a relationship with Phil, but there's things pointing to him having..sexual relations with him. So they might not have been going out, but friends with benefits.

It's all quite blurry and in complete honesty the phan timeline is inaccurate/ a mess in many ways, especially with Dan/Phil/Charlie deleting a lot of things. (for example, 2012 wasn't even the 'bad year' of dan and phil)

The cherry/pinacolada lube is the best proof I've got, that's accessible by anyone I mean.

tl;dr... I don't want this forum to have some sort of bad reputation, it's not a bad place at all and it puzzles me because anyone who browses around can see it's just a fan forum and nothing to do with GG at all. We were pretty much exiled from the Deppy thread there because we were too nice! lol. But if there's a contract that names us then we don't know about it, but I feel like we really should. Because that's a little unsettling. IDB really isn't a scary or intimidating place and I can't see why that would be a thing.

I didn't say that? Umm.. my friend had been emailing Dan since she was 12, due to her mental health problems, she was asking him to help her with them and stuff for 4 years and she never replied. So I got really mad and sent an email I really shouldn't have, but that screenshot of Dan reading a ton of emails multiple times wasn't from my emails, it was from my other friend's email.

Yes I know things but I've signed a contract, and I matured, I don't hate Dan and don't see a reason to get anything out of him anymore because my questions were answered.

Why exactly should we trust what you're saying about all this though? You've acted like a troll in the past before with mulitple things on your Twitter. The things listed to not disclose, have all been talked about on GG or somewhere on this forum. None of that is actually "confidential" to just that group chat. That's not even a legally binding contract you have there. All it says is that you'll be banned from the group permanently and that "serious consequences" would be taken if anything was leaked. You made it sound like you signed a legal disclosure with an actual lawyer. You say you've matured but none of this is actually showing you've matured. I don't know you personally, but based on past troll acts, I can guarantee you that it'll be a long time before anyone actually believes anything you say, if you are telling the truth.

My friend, I'll call her "K" was in a group chat with someone who we thought we could trust. She joked about hacking Dan, due to me and my friend "R" ACTUALLY hacking Charlieskies days before. The person freaked out, and leaked the group chats to a popular phan account, in which my friend "K" was getting hate she couldn't handle. So I was like "I can do something to divert their attention" so I tweeted that and then used inspect element to "fake hack" Dan. I was only trying to get the attention of those attacking my friend, not get the attention I actually got.

People can hate me all they want, I mean, it's a running trait in the phandom.

According to most people they think I'm a fucking psychopath who can't feel empathy, which is just great.

If you couldn't tell, there was things censored out in the pictures because somethings literally if I told you you wouldn't believe me, at all. And it's extremely personal, and I shouldn't know at all.

Yet, you post suggestive comments on a forum to stir up potential curiosity and attention towards that end anyway. If it's information no one should know, why comment on it in the first place instead of keeping it to yourself and having done with it? You are purposefully vague talking about information you are supposedly uncomfortable even mentioning, under the guise of being issued some type of 'gag order' that doesn't even look like a proper legal document so much as a standard terms of agreement for members of any forum, chatgroup or web site.

So, if I understand correctly...you and your friend successfully infringed on someone else's account (Charlie's. Allegedly.) and were surprised when someone took your joke of hacking Dan seriously and your response to all the negative attention it brought was to create more negative attention by fomenting the belief that you actually were hacking Dan, but you wanted a different kind of attention, just 'not the one you got.' Then your response to Dan not answering your friend's emails on a serious topic he probably felt out of his depth for an appropriate way to respond to, as he's an entertainer not a mental health professional or someone else better suited to addressing your friend's needs, was to write 'an email you shouldn't have.'

You have a pattern of seeking attention in somewhat strange and questionable ways and this is probably what people are trying to point out, not to 'persecute' you, but to make you aware of what you're doing and why on earth you're doing it. If it really is a joke apparently the punchline has been lost on everyone but you.


tl;dr Based on the above, I don't think the skeptiscm being thrown your way is unreasonable or unfounded. I hope you're in a good place now and that maybe you might consider other forms of discussion that don't revolve on instigating rumors about information you may or may not have, leading you right back into a vicious circle of the kind of attention you've already said you don't want.

But it IS. Whoever stalked my twitter and my friend's twitter is CREEPY. I do not expect to look through this forum and see MULTIPLE people going against the rules, yet not get a warning for it? Yes I did hack into Charlie's account, but that wasn't PUBLIC information. Only those following my twitter account knew, which wasn't a lot of people. Dan isn't a mental health professional but you think if some 12 year old emails him all the time for 4 years, to the age of 16 that he'd reply ONCE but he didn't. And the email wasn't just due to my friend, but the mindset I had back then.

What do you mean by that? I'm "strange" and "questionable" because no one FUCKING TALKS TO ME. They go and screenshot and link shit that I've said and say "OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SHE'S FUCKING MENTAL AHHHHHH HOPE SHE GETS SUED AND DIES!!!!!!!!!!" onto here. No one ever says,"hey, why did you do ...... and .....?". I'd happy explain but the phandom doesn't give anyone any chance to speak, let alone breathe.
