i honestly don't believe any of these, the people running au/nz phan accouts are cringy as fuck, the instruction of tatinof vip ticket specifically wrote "Each guest can have one item signed and one selfie or regular photo with Dan and Phil." If you don't get anything signed you can sue them.

They didn't mention it in the USA tour video ether. I think it's because the ISG questions come from VIP people only?? If that's the case, it would make sense not to mention it because people who didn't have VIP wouldn't be able to submit their questions anyways.

Also about Dan having his wavy hair at the meet and greet, I can tell you that I'm pretty sure he straighten his hair ether the night before or early that morning and just didn't bother to straighten it again. If he didn't straighten it at all, that hair would be a big curly mess at the M&g.

It's winter in Australia at the moment and Perth can get pretty cold by Aussie standards. Plus we can be pretty wimpy whenever the temperature drops below like 23 degrees

Oh my god, yes this meetup is a total mess with the rumors and apparently rushing but it looks like the pictures they're getting are so worth it, I would kill to get a picture with Dan with his hair like that and Phil with his stubble, my god, these fans are the luckiest fans in the world.

I just want to clear Perth's name, because if we have ONE thing going for us it's our weather, and I think we're actually one of the warmer Aussie cities. It was sunny today, but yeah it is still the middle of winter, and the theatre's on the river.

Re: Hazel and Evan tweets - I think it's a joke, I wouldn't take it with a pinch of salt. But I don't think she was trying to be mean à la charlieskies because this read significantly less threatening and significantly more as baseless jokes to me - they don't actually know anything, they are not funny and they are just embarrassing themselves.

Also about Dan having his wavy hair at the meet and greet, I can tell you that I'm pretty sure he straighten his hair ether the night before or early that morning and just didn't bother to straighten it again. If he didn't straighten it at all, that hair would be a big curly mess at the M&g.

The bold part of what you said is important. He could have straightened it again. He spends all of his live shows fixing his hair. It's important to him and probably the part of his appearance he cares about the most. Even a few weeks ago when his hair became curly during a live show he kept saying to people 'stop attacking me' when they told him it looked good because he was self conscious.

Then in Hong Kong he couldn't stop his hair from becoming curly in pictures with fans and the next day he posted a picture with wavy hair asking if he should keep it. And then the day after that he goes to a M & G where he knows he will be in a lot of pictures and he has his wavy hair.

Most people here said he was trolling or he wouldn't really keep it but I think he saw the nice things people said about his curly hair after the H.K. photos and the wavy hair post. When he asked if he should keep it he was being serious. Dan always says he's afraid of criticism and other people's opinions so of course before he changed his hair he would make sure people agreed with him. He wore a weed jumper to almost every M & G in the U.S. because he didn't want to have a wrinkly shirt. He cares about how he looks in those pictures. And then he showed up with wavy hair when he could straighten it again like he did before he arrived in Australia.

Have a lot of opinions about what his hair means for how he has grown as a person but this post is so long already. My last comment is

I guess they didn't watch previous meet and greet videos? Also that "official" Phandom AUS account is cringy and seems to start panic without fact-checking first, like, what's up with the rants in caps lock? That is so not the posture you should have if you want to have that type of account.

Re: Hazel and Evan tweets: I didn'r read much into it besides them trying to look cool and witty (and failing) and trying to get the phandoms attention.
To the person who said they didn't think Evan would tweet that, this was on his snapchat just a few days ago:

Totally agree with everything you said, and I'm so glad he's realizing we seriously like how he looks and aren't taking the piss. Especially as thinking about it, he's always had it straightened to perfection even just for travel days on long haul flights and stuff. To me that's kinda equivalent to making the effort to put on a full face of makeup before I fly, which I'd really only do if I was feeling super self conscious about my skin without?
Anyhow bring on more curly hobbit hair please, it looks so much better.

I would just like to reiterate that I give him a couple weeks because curly/wavy hair gets harder to manage & needs a fuck of a lot more maintenance between haircuts. We should get a pool going. Ha ha ha. I'm all for being wrong & this being the new Daniel though. Do we have any photographic evidence from the show or was anyone there (that empty thread is making me sad!)? I'm guessing it was straightened for that.
