It is cute, but whenever I see things like that I always wonder if they know the reason/significance behind it and if it makes them feel uncomfortable, or they just don't care anymore, which is what I hope for.
I'd never be able to do anything even remotely Phan-related if having them in front of me in person, tbh. At the end of the first II show I went to, as they were exiting the stage, some girl screamed: "IS PHAN REAL?!" and I just wanted to hit her in the face. Obviously a FAR more extreme situation than the card though.

It's basically a fan "theory" or whatever you call it, a headcanon I guess, related to an old Phil video, implying he predicted that he would meet Dan

Phil says that knight of wands means that "some guy is gonna have a big impact" and describes the person, it sounds a bit like Dan. He doesn't know Dan yet at that point.

Having read your explanation of what it stands for/watched the video now (i finally understand where the "energetic warrior" comes from! yay!) I wouldn't say it's really Phan-related. After all, the prediction just says that some guy is gonna have a big impact on Phil's life, and no matter if as a couple or as friends, Dan for sure had a big impact on Phil's life. So I wouldn't feel weird letting them sign it!


Also, as the rest of us, deeply disappointed in Phil :jealous:

Yeah, I might have a rather low cringe threshold when it comes to things people do when they see them in person. But keep in mind that while the video itself is not Phan related at all, I've seen about 4385437 gifs, fics, videos etc that make it out to be some big Phan proof (btw I'm not trying to imply it is), which is why my mind instantly went into cringe mode.

D: Apparently it doesn't exist. Scientifically no one has ever proved that lightning can turn into a big ball and float across the air - WE SAW IT, okay. It was a thunderstorm at Phil's house and Phil lives up a mountain, or used to, and there was this big thunderstorm when all of a sudden this house got struck by lightning and we saw this giant green ball-

D: Just hovering for like five seconds and then it exploded into a ball of fire-
P: Next to a tree, it set the tree on fire.

Ahh yes! They talked about the lightning on the radio too, which makes me super delighted to know that they're still on about this story. It's just very nice and domestic.

I've known about the channel for a while. The videos are beautiful. I'm not sure if it's okay for us to discuss it here though. Whenever I see it mentioned on tumblr or twitter I get scared of some of the less respectful fans and what they might do.
I'm sure he's prepared for it, but I don't know if I am prepared.

Adrian's videos really look awesome, I love drone nature footage He has also linked his instagram page, it's mainly nature as well, the pictures are beautiful and make me want to go and travel the world!

I'm really glad to see that most people in the comments under his vids are behaving well, not mentioning Dan at all, even though you can tell by the avatars and names that a lot of them are part of the phandom. I hope he (Adrian) doesn't mind us being there.

It's interesting to me, hearing his voice, because it's so familiar yet different. Just an observation, hope it's not a problem, otherwise feel free to remove this:)

I really don't understand why Dan's brother should be discussed in anyway. He's not a part of the whole deppy circus. Dan has actually kept him rather hidden. It doesn't matter if it is to "understand" Dan better, or whatever excuse people use, it's still really intrusive.

I don't think there's any ambiguity in the way Dan shows that he should be left out of it. Knowing that, to seek him, or information about him, out is just plain disrespectful (and could quite easily be considered stalking).

Dan's brother, and their relationship, isn't a mystery that needs to be solved. He's an actual real person.

I get where you're coming from, and I'm absolutely against analyzing their relationship or anything. I think just talking about his videos/pictures in general isn't a bad thing though, after all a lot of other people/youtubers get mentioned and discussed here as well, but then on the other hand, I understand that it's a sensitive topic and that it's kinda different. So idk.
