Dan & Phil Part 75: @philsthiccbooty
I'm quoting this onto the next page because I hate it when stuff like this is at the bottom of the previous one. And because I can. HA.Catallena wrote: Wed Aug 15, 2018 12:39 am Liveshow has been uploaded to In Depth Bants!![]()

I personally think we have reached the point both Dil and Tabitha become Sim elders (leading to both their eventual deaths) and they take the next generation of the family into adulthood.Ablissa wrote: Tue Aug 14, 2018 11:08 pm I'm sorry to be that person, but I wouldn't mind if they killed off one of the Sims. Maybe it's because I played The Sims for 2349732732 hours in my life and have done a lot of crazy stuff, but I think it could make things more fun for them (not that I'm bored, I'm not. I like their Sims series and the recent um... is it Devan? developments have been great). My mind is immediately on Tabitha, because they always ignore her and she brings almost nothing to the "story".
As for the other stuff they were saying, I didn't understand what they meant, but it sounds exciting![]()
And I love that Phil merch includes odd socks. No other merch he sells could be more on brand than this because not only has he been known to wear odd socks but selling odd socks in a pair also means anyone wanting a pair will need to buy two sets. #Capita£ester
oh shoot, haven't thought about that.. what if they do make dab and evan adults with a home and kill off both of their parents?pearshaped34 wrote: Wed Aug 15, 2018 1:33 amI personally think we have reached the point both Dil and Tabitha become Sim elders (leading to both their eventual deaths) and they take the next generation of the family into adulthood.Ablissa wrote: Tue Aug 14, 2018 11:08 pm I'm sorry to be that person, but I wouldn't mind if they killed off one of the Sims. what will they do with the pets? they hardly ever pay any attention to them. what about dalien? what if they just restart the entire thing and make new sims,,

I know they’re in episode 50-something, but I’m not ready for elder Dil or Tabitha. It still feels like they only just made him.

I'd be perplexed by the decision to make them elderly when Dalien has barely even been acknowledged as being a character. He was totally their novelty kid, they just wanted an alien pregnancy, but I still figured they'd do... something with him?
Though I wouldn't hate it if they really did decide they just wanted to go full in on Devan and dive into the next generation.

watched the livestream and......as much as i loved the moment where dan giggled at the "your gay is showing" comment, the part where they argued about whether an impala has hooves or paws got me so Fond™ idk why but something about them stopped looking at the camera and started a domestic argument....phil explaining impala anatomy and getting offended when dan called the hooves as "paws", only for dan to unleash his trademarked whinny gibberish.

Rewatching the liveshow and I find it SO funny that Phil is allergic to some chocolate and just like....thought it was normal for your mouth to burn sjdkkf I'm sorry but that's slightly hilarious
He's also allergic to coconut?? How unfortunate
He looked so cute and cozy in his hoodie, so adorable
And I'm 100% going to buy those fox socks, I love them so much

In case anyone doesn't know, Phil deleted some of his old unlisted videos? And one or two from 2017 too, so they're all gone from the drug deal. Does anyone have a copy of the videos? Here's a probably full list of them:https://sweetlyphan.tumblr.com/post/177 ... ted-videos
I'm getting tired of this war of hearts
This competition that has no end
Do me a favour and cut the ties with that side-eyed glare of yours
That cuts through minds and wills

To be honest, until Phil mentioned the chocolate allergy thing in a liveshow last year, I was also under the impression that it's normal for your throat to burn slightly when you eat certain types of chocolate. So, err, thanks to Phil for running such educational liveshows!snokoplasmic wrote: Wed Aug 15, 2018 4:52 am Rewatching the liveshow and I find it SO funny that Phil is allergic to some chocolate and just like....thought it was normal for your mouth to burn sjdkkf I'm sorry but that's slightly hilariousHe's also allergic to coconut?? (I'm taking any excuse to use the new rat emojis.)
I think that might actually be pretty common! If it's not severe enough that you'd complain about it and it's not something you develop late in life then it may never come up. My friend and I figured out she had an allergy to bananas in her 20s, and one of my professors in college who was probably in his 40s had just discovered he was lactose intolerant. Like Phil, he just thought stomach aches from too much dairy were something everyone experienced.snokoplasmic wrote: Wed Aug 15, 2018 4:52 am Rewatching the liveshow and I find it SO funny that Phil is allergic to some chocolate and just like....thought it was normal for your mouth to burn sjdkkf I'm sorry but that's slightly hilariousHe's also allergic to coconut?? I am sad to see one of Phil's deleted videos was Blindfolded Advent Drawing. I love that video, I think I might have even watched it this morning. Dan trying to grab the pen from Phil while blindfolded was cute af.

Rewatching the ls now, Phil asking Dan if he remembers The cube, around 15 mins in, reminded me of this:
I think there was another tweet about The cube, with a photo of Dan and some towels on the floor, or something? But I can't find it.
Anyway, beautiful young phan, the best (after beautiful present phan imo).

Oh, wow, that's really interesting! I never knew that, I guess I'm just privileged enough to have never had allergies, so I know minimally about themwatsonian wrote: Wed Aug 15, 2018 7:43 amI think that might actually be pretty common! Another one was I Like Fire and Petrol, right? I think I saw someone on tumblr saying it was deleted yesterday, but I didn't think anything of itwatsonian wrote: Wed Aug 15, 2018 7:43 am I am sad to see one of Phil's deleted videos was Blindfolded Advent Drawing. Is he saying that success comes to those who have a good network and are lucky (pretty face)?
Well, uh, no shit? Hard work and dedication is a nice story but the real world looks different.
No idea what the backlash thing is but I can't help but be cynical about the other half of the tweet.

Also to make this deppy related, dan himself said he wouldn't be nearly as popular as he is if he didn't have a nice face.
