I agree that Phil's effort in AP has dropped in the past month. I totally expected SOMETHING on yt out of the 10 yr of AP and no mention even in a vlog is mibd blowing tbh. Like any other youtuber ever would have made a 2 months celebration out of it and I just think he didn't have time.

I remember he mentioned in a couple of ls that he had a good idea for an AP vid and people were saying he was hyping up content but there hasn't been any mention of it ever since. I feel like this is due to te new thinga they had to add to the tour and how much of a major thing this is for them rn.

I do have some hope for the within tour vids, not much bc it's them but seeing that at least Phil already used all the vids I thought he might have saved for the tour gives me hope for american ditl or adventres at least on AP.

A poof to slytherin!phil theories? I think not really - Anakin is a more of a confused and lost Gryffindor with VERY Hufflepuff reasons. And even if Vader is evil, he's not slytherin at any part of the movies hufflepuff!phil? Anytime Dan hints at male attraction, I usually just get amazed at how clever it is. So much of it is so explicit and obvious, yet simultaneously so much of it can easily be brushed off as "haha it's just a fandom joke," and he never specifies which one it is, and personally I just find that really clever? It may be problematic in one sense, but as a sort of internet celeb it keeps people from making a big deal out of it (which I think we all agree he doesn't want) while simultaneously he's (probably) being very open and honest. If his way of coming out/being out is to go from ambiguity and shifting gradually to more explicit and less-ambiguous stuff, I just feel like that's really clever.
And also really relatable, as that's basically what I've been doing with my family, lol.
