I laughed a lot on that live show! And the end was great, glad I didn't click off right away! I came in at the end of the tryops discussion. Did he say why he got them again? Also why do you think when he got up to get the candles he pushed the camera away? Was he in his undies? He almost turned it into the room, but switched direction at the last second, were the D&P plushies out again? And his Captain America shirt could be left at a "friends" house....

I am excited about the Dil video! Hopefully they get it up soon. Can't wait for the dissecting to begin. My hands are washed and my scalpel is ready!

I didn't take notes during this liveshow as it was mostly uneventful, but here are some afterthoughts:

Interactive e-book coming for DAPGO, that's quite exciting and a good way to get around the whole audiobook thing (and sell two versions of the same book to some dedicated fans) but i hope that there'll be a way to view it and play with it on a computer, as I don't have a tablet or an ebook :\ maybe a mobile app?

For god's sake, get a real pet!!! These triops are only going to take you so far. My goodness. Loved the little throwback to Simon tho. meemeemeemeemee

Imagine trying to call a magizene and getting Phil Lester's actual home phone, that was a funny story

Probably the most important part of the liveshow is that Dan and Phil share game save files and I am deceased as rizzo pointed out quicker than me

the leslie part was weird because Phil felt oddly forced to do it lmao like he couldve just said no

THAT WAS SUCH A NICE LIVESHOW

Phil always manages to make me laugh and feel good starting out my day and he did that again today. He was really energetic and smiley throughout trying to share things in his life. If I could summarize Phil's liveshow I would say it's like a fluffy fanfiction- something that short but sweet.

Some fave moments from the show:

His breeding kink is always fascinating with me. Hamster breeder as a high school student and now shrimp breeder as an adult. Its cool to see someone so proudly excited at such a strange hobby. I know the "Phil is weird banner" is overdone but he really is a strange guy with niche interests which makes him all the more endearing. On why he likes it: I've always seen Phil as someone who likes caring for things and this is another example of that. Next up Phil: adopt a child please.

Phils little sass through the show had me rolling. At one point he got so annoyed that everyone was asking about Dil

Him talking about his childhood- "no wonder I'm slightly messed up" own it Phil

I'm excited about the audiobook and how theyre going to utilize the new technology to make it better.

His story about getting random calls when he was younger had me rolling. They might have changed their number by now or he wouldn't share that info with us.

The Leslie scream was hilarious. I love how Phil has the deepest fucking voice but whenever he scream or gets excited he sounds like a child going through puberty. His voice gets so high pitched and cracky its hilarious.

The domestic phan : I loved how Phil bought a movie for Dan just so he can force him to watch it. That's such a boyfriend thing fight me. And the random convos about pinapples on pizza. They share a savegame are you fucking kidding me. I am now hoping for a #phandivorce just so I can get some angsty Dan tweets about how splitting things between them is so hard. Also the nostalgic Japan mems. If they do go next year (and im saying they because who are we fooling here) I hope they do another DITL. The japhan one was so married and I need to see a part 2.

His love for puns are great. Phil reminds me of a dorky dad who giggles at the silliest thing. The "homegirl" part was an added bonus. I never knew how much I needed that in my life until I heard it.

I find Phil's filter obsession to be interesting. Phil has said it a couple times how when he's feeling down or insecure he'll just look at himself through the zayn snapchat filter. Maybe it's a way of seeing himself as something different. I think Dan also mentioned it in the liveshow. Now I'm curious at how many pics Phil has saved on his phone that this bitch isn't even sharing

Overall really fun liveshow that had me giggling the whole time. The only thing I didnt need was Phil butchering the german language

my totally unbiased, objective and impartial opinion is that phil is the funniest person on youtube/internet/whole entire fucking world and we dont appreciate him enough for that

i love that phil's goal is to make people happy and he is really successful at doing exactly that. i enjoyed all 46 minutes of the ls and now i have the biggest smile on my face waiting for the wedding (spoilers but from what he said about it i think sth will ruin the wedding).

I thought it was a pretty refreshing response from somebody in that group when Evan/Emma tend to fluctuate from 'lol that probably won't happen haha I'm self-deprecating about my past' to 'who knows, maybe if they're into it' (newsflash: they'll never be into it). But yeah, if anybody thought maybe they were all more familiar behind closed doors, nah m8.

Phil's ls

He was totally effervescent today. I was so watching it that just about everything he said made me giggle with delight. Phil, you keep doing you, bringing hope and beauty and joy to the world, smiles to our lips, and laughter tears to our eyes

Favorite moments
- Finally, a new pet for Phil...even if they are just lil triops, he really seems to be in his element when he's caring for creatures. Glad to see him starting it up again
- Mini candle haul!
- Leslieeeeee (but mainly his laughter and expressions during that part, it took me back to childhood games of truth or dare).
- It made me chuckle when he oh-so-casually busted out his Icelandic water. That stuff is amazing, though, so don't blame him. Even their tap water is out of this world.
- His bad German...I mean, the fact that he tried...though ya better dust off that linguistics degree, Philly, EU TATINOF awaits

Those pics reminded me of something I'd been meaning to point out...

Been thinking this for about a month now, and I know its always a sore point but fuck it imma say it anyway cos its positive and I'm a grown ass woman, I can take the heat: Phil looks to have put a bit of weight back on and for this I'm very happy.

I'm not even speaking from the trash can here (although I do think he looks better, but he always looks lovely) I think he just looks healthier. He was very very thin towards the beginning of the year. I can't remember exact time frames, but they were both looking like they'd shrunk at one point in time and they both look back to normal now. I'm not being melodramatic, weight fluctuations happen to everyone (especially if under pressure) so its nice to see they appear to have hit equilibrium again.

Gimme Dil. I've never been so pumped for Sims, its usually filler for me. Riddle me unsurprised when I find it underwhelming cos my phan expectations have been pumped too high
