I don't remember where the Prevost star coach floorplans are, but I believe the room that separates the bunks and the bedroom is a shower and a toilet. I've not yet watched it (or the last three phil shows, whoops) but I am tempted to watch this one later as I want to see why he feels they need a new sofa, theirs is big enough and they have the spare chair if they need it for guests. I can never remember when roughly their lease is up.

Documentary video thing;
This just makes me realise how much I am looking forwards to the documentary, I'm definitely going to be watching this one first (even if I remembered that I am out this Wednesday so won't be able to join in with the excitement on here which makes me want to sack off my friend so badly haha).

I need to actually look at the floor plans again and don't have them handy but something isn't feeling quite right about that. The bathroom was off to the side, not directly behind. I don't think the sign is on the bathroom door. But they could still leave the bedroom/bathroom area ambiguous.

Regardless, we still have a shot of them from Dan that was definitely both of them in the bed, so it's not like the door bit was the only thing to go on.

I'm getting confused about the doors too. Could anyone post the floorplans again, please? I was sure they were on the forum but I can't find them now. But anyway, I'd say 'no homo' confirmed. They will pretend there are two bedrooms.

Looking at this map, wouldn't the door with the sign be the entrance to their "suite" of sorts (bedroom and bathroom). There's another bathroom up closer to the driver in front of the bunks.

The Dan and Phil sign on the door, it looks like a cross-stitch in the round thing, I wonder if a fan gave it to them.

If it was on the bathroom door, does that mean Deppy were only allowed to use it, poor Drake, did he have to poop out the window? (im just kidding, idgaf about what door it was on, no-one can convince me they didnt sleep in that bed together).

Exactly mate. Exactly. Even if there's a bathroom door behind that one (which i fully expected there to be cos the big bedroom had its own shower room) it's still blocking off 'their space'.

Also from what we've seen so far it looks like they film fill walking out of the room after waking up, then making two bowls of cereal and two coffees with still no Dan in sight. If he was still in bed and Phil was taking them back in to him I'mma shit a whole bunch of bricks.

Of course. My point isn't that they didn't also share the bedroom behind the shower and toilet, just that I can see them using the bathroom logic to keep things ambiguous/ nophano.

lol I literally said its not exactly the bus. But both buses are made by Prevost, are "star" coaches with 6 bunks, and the layouts are similar enough to be comparable imo. I mean what else would go between the two doors?

Agree with this. So far still have my hope that they will be ambiguous. Deppy have been giving me optimism recently which is not my brand. If they let me down I will not be a happy spider.

It's the same door, you can see the curtains of the bunks in either of the pics. And I think it makes sense that it's roughly the same as the bus layout manged posted, with toilet to one side and shower to the other of the small hallway we see Phil coming out from. And I guess there is another toilet in the front part of the bus.

Nope, it's on the bathroom/ suite/ whatever y'all wanna call it- door. You can tell because the door is right beside the last bunk, not behind it. So, yes, thankfully, the bathroom door is closed.

If it helps, I'm quite certain the bus model is a 2007 Prevost Le Mirage XL (ii?), and you can Google Image for different interior angles.

I'm pretty sure that the "floorplan" of the bus posted above is not representative of the actual tour bus. Prevost makes the bus "shell;" Prevost or a third party might customize the bus to a unique configuration based on what the rental company specifies. Anyway, I think the "Dan and Phil" sign was probably made by a fan or PA (replacing an earlier paper sign?,) and hung on an intermediate door separating their private spaces from more "public" areas. IDK, but it's not unusual for territories to be delineated between cast and crew.

And adding: the door can be both the "bathroom" door, and a suite separator, depending how it is latched. During the day, the door is closed parallel to the longitudinal axis of the bus; in the evening, the door is closed laterally, closing off the rear area of the bus. Maybe. Just a theory.

I'm sure the bus is like this, but there is not door between the room and bathroom

Oh, I still don't care about phan either way, what they get up to on the bus behind all those closed doors is their business, but there is no way Dan slept in one of those bunks, nor did he sleep on the couch for a whole month. I can totally accept they shared that bed. Drake said that he slept on the couch most of the time because the bunk was too small for him, so unless Dake was a thing, Dan and Phil were snuggling on that bus.

Thinking about the fact that other people than Dan and Phil slept in the bus as well (Who btw? Drake? The camera team? Do we know this yet?), I'm pretty convinced they shared that bed. As if one of them slept in the bunks with the crew and the other just slept in the bed. Of course they could have alternated as well, so maybe they did that. But I would share the bed with someone if I was as close with them as Dan and Phil are, platonically or not.
Maybe Phil actually slept in the bed alone when he was sick though. Now that I'm thinking about it, maybe they'll use the footage when Phil was sick as "proof" that they didn't share the bed and show Dan sleeping in the bunk when he actually only slept in there to prevent himself from getting sick as well because that would have been inconvenient. That way they didn't even have to lie. Just a theory.

Idk what the general consensus is regarding what door the sign was on/the layout of the bus but here's my perspective that no one asked for:

I agree that based on the floor plan and screenshots, it looks like it may be the toilet door or at the very least some type of closet door. I had a feeling it wasn't The Bedroom door (unfortunately lol) since the first video we saw it in because the door was too close to the front (relative to the bunk beds and the flooring) to be the bedroom door.
That's how I think the set up is anyway. Needless to say, this has nothing to do with their sleeping arrangement lol.
