Idk guys, either he got better at lying or he's telling the truth cuz that didn't look like he was telling a lie.

Doesn't Peng means hot (attractive), but at the same time some people uses it as good quality grass (weed)

The only Peng I know is penguin.

Peng is roadman London slang that used to be used a few years ago but isn't really used anymore. It just means fit or attractive but I think Phil reacted like that because it's associated with people like Dappy from Ndubz looool



For reference I've never heard anybody use peng to describe weed It's just street slang

yeah peng just describes anything that is good, it's a slang adjective. People tend to use different words for weed, it's not necessarily associated with drugs

Of course all the excitement is over when I'm free to go on IDB. Watched the ls more than once because the cuteness was too much for one view. Everyone already finished with the good bants so I only have these screencaps to contribute.

I don't think Dan is lying about it either. He did say he got one of those yeezy things from EBay, and I imagine those don't go cheap.

Had a random thought about the liveshow. At about 49:50 Dan started talking about Washington DC and mentions Thomas Sanders and then switches to the Vine they made with him. Am I the only one wondering if there is something about the show in DC and Thomas Sanders, or if he just went Golden Retriever (saw Thomas Sanders mentioned in the chat?) ?

Yeah I totally agree. I know youtubers get lots of handouts but for the items Dan says he receives for free, it just makes me a bit suspicious sometimes lol. Do youtubers get free individual items of clothing that are anywhere near the price tag of Yeezy clothing multiple times? I guess it's possible. Dan is getting these free things but he's not promo-ing them in the same way other youtubers do so if it was given to him it's not really #spon but just a freebie/party favour lol.

YouTubers definitely get a lot of stuff for free, but (at least) 2 items from a specific brand that just happens to be owned by Kanye West, a person who Dan admires to the point where it's almost obnoxious? And really only that brand? That's suspicious and I don't really believe it

I'm lost on why you guys think Dan is lying about the Kanye stuff. The only think he really said he got for free was the potato sack sweater. Then, he said that the camo shirt came for free with the shoes that he ordered on ebay. I'm inclined to believe him on this one, considering he was wearing it as a pajama shirt.

I agree with this.

I think Dan would have sooner not said anything about it at all, than to lie about it. That is their preferred method these days.

i also didn't get the vibe that he was lying/is ashamed about buying expensive clothing? he's talked v openly about buying items from expensive lines bc he considers them pieces of art or whatever

like in the liveshow (09/02/16) where he talked about not paying for the yeezy sweater, just afterwards he said "so, whilst i didn't buy this, i might buy other things... *laughs* i'm sorry, if you have a prob"

and like other people have pointed out he's been open about buying the shoes on ebay and stuff
