Actually after watching at home and not at work (finally) one part stood out as the funniest/cutest/most interesting...'Phil agreed to join' the same team. Like they had to have another one of their discussions about what team to be on and if they would be together or not. (A'la popcorn vs dorritos and salsa) where is that footage, I wanna know? I wonder how many hours that took?

Oh and, that is a great selfie. Model material right there.

I loved the video. I mean the game itself was boring as but I love hearing their names for the pokemons, seeing how excited Dan gets over pokemon and them laughing at the pokestop places/names.

I really suggest everyone watch the second video though. Way too much info for me to take quick notes on, and it was really interesting. Well worth the watch.

I already watch it the other day when it pop up ij my recommendation. I know he is coming in from psychology angle and trying to solve the 'puzzle' of why people tend to choose mystic above anything else.

But what I don't like about that video is the fact that he doesn't know how to explain instinct and just brush it off to bandwagon (following markiplier)/underdog factor, and never touch the legendary birds being a factor. Maybe he is not a pokemon nerd so he knows nothing about them.

But I just want him to know (and tell all his viewers) that Zapdos is the best legendary and it can wrecked both Articuno and Moltress in one move because Electric is super effective against flying. And a lot of poke nerds know that, so that's probably why still have supporters. Some people also choose Mystic based on the legendary because Articuno silhouette looks really pretty

Also, not wanting to compete against others and do things on their own pace is one of Instincts thing and I love that. I hope he can do a third video specifically explaining instincts, that will be cool.

My post is basically just "Justice for Instinct!!!1!!" haha.

The Dratini was only there because of Phil's incense, was it not? So Dan wouldn't be able to catch it. The Vulpix was actually there for anybody to get, not lured by a specific player.

Everybody's already said everything re: great video. But one part I really liked was 14:30 when they head to the lake:
Dan: No Dratinis for Dan
Phil: Maybe there'll be another one for me, eh?

It's just a little moment, but he says it in that same teasing way as the "yeah? yeah?" part of the Aus video; it's something that comes naturally and it's just nice that we get to see it.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by 'losing footing' but I think maybe I feel the same way. It's just weird seeing everyone enjoying something that you just aren't (like pinof7 for me oops). They still put out content that I enjoy, so I'm not giving up yet, but I did not like this video.

Ohhhh yes! The video I was waiting for, Pokémon Go! Finally!!!!!!

The last two videos from/about them (ISG and YTR) were too 'meh' for me to even find something to say about them and were very forgetful, but this one

I'm really really reaaaaally liking this Pokémon series they are doing. Something I'm also playing and that I like + video in a vlog format = happy me! With a 'Pokémon team uniform' or not, both of them looked great here. The clothes, the hair, the cute expressions on their faces... All cute.

Only thing I didn't enjoy was that Instinct shade... Excuse me! And the fact that these are not (at least) weekly videos, what's up with that I already want another one

Also here to give alittledizzy all the all very important moments, if I say so!

the new pokemon vid was great!! i think all the cute moments have been covered but i agree that it's nice to see more dan and phil and less dinof&ap tho it kind of says something that the content their fans like best is essentially a vlog

kinda off topic, but on the "stingy phil" comment -- does anyone else find their attitudes towards money interesting? from what little we know of their backgrounds, dan's mentioned that he comes from a lower middle class household and i remember someone in the past (charlie?) implying that phil's family has some kind of money. add this to the fact that in high school dan would dress to fit in whereas phil seemed to just do whatever he wanted and maybe i'm reaching but i feel like it adds some context to dan's $1000 sweaters and phil's unwillingness to even spend money on pogo

Trying to stay on topic ... yeah, I loved the new vid. I find Undertale quite long and a bit dull (probably wouldn't play it myself), but vloggy-style vids are always lovely. Everyone's already said what I said, blah blah blah. The only thing that kinda annoyed me was that are literally in Aus right now, and yet they still uploaded in the middle of the night (yeah, a few hours after I went to sleep). What even was the point of coming here, then?

10:17 - Phil with animals is me with animals.
10:27 - Phil noticing the butt. "I mean, wow."
10:40 - The whole team picking bit, the way they're angled toward each other.
12:49 - "I didn't do it just because of that." Dan said in the start they had a discussion. I imagine it was an actual discussion, but probably Dan making his case as to why Phil also needed to be mystic, or else the discussion happened as Dan was picking his team.
12:54 - "I got distracted by a dog. Look at the dog!" also me
13:19 - This whole section. Someone pointed out to me earlier: what is this positioning? Phil is holding the phone with both hands, Dan is filming with both hands. Dan appears to be looking straight down as he films. Are Phil's hands resting on Dan's crotch? I love the casual comfort in each other's space.
13:45 - I hate that this part is blurry. This is the lovely Phil smile. (Also his new m&g smile.)
14:10 - More random little quotes from Phil.
14:34 - "Hey Dan, look, it's me." "Totally."
15:13 - Phil's voice is so sweet here. "I love Headache." I wonder how common this is between them, just casual soft reassures that they approve of/find humor in things each other does?

16:17 - I love the casual greetings to fans. There's a jump cut, wonder if the fans approached?

17:14 - Genuine excited Dan voice.

18:10 - "Awww, look at that face." just imagine he at this point drawing in a long, deep breath and then quietly exhaling the most pleased 'fuck you' ever
18:51 - Dan hitting the 'x' so Phil can't pop the bubbles, then cackling.
19:39 - I love them in the rain.

It's just a little moment, but he says it in that same teasing way as the "yeah? yeah?" part of the Aus video; it's something that comes naturally and it's just nice that we get to see it.
I second this! I feel like recently we've been seeing a lot more of Dan Howell and Phil Lester, best friends, rather that danisnotonfire and AmazingPhil, Best Friends™. I can't say I'm complaining

I third this. And I'm loving it, let's hope it sticks.
