Those bus photos are confusing but I'm pretty sure there's a sliding pocket door between the bedroom and the "private" bathroom that doesn't show up on the photos because the bus company wants to make everything look as spacious as possible. If you look at the ceiling in the view from the bedroom to the bathroom area it looks like a recess for a door to slide along.

Phil's liveshow was amazing I'm predicting next Sunday to be a joint liveshow with fresh faced smiley boyfriends who are excited at their releases

Phil is such a great storyteller and the liveshow showed that. His evil cannibal shrimp ate another and he still has the audacity to say " it's so cute"

He was so happy and relaxed with the audience and looked like he was really trying to engage everyone and stay interesting only sad thing is that it ended too early

Honestly when you guys discuss #busgate I get so confused and I hate getting my hopes up and doing a happy dance because as we have seen countless times they can no-phano like no other so I'll wait to see the documentary and context before making any conclusions. I just hope they are more comfortable showing that they shared it. It'd honestly be better if they did but not address it at all. Sometimes a simple haru speaks volumes about how open they're willing to be with their audience. An interesting thing is that it seems that even the casual phandom and twitter (not us sherlockians) have caught on to the bus/bedroom situation so how they address it is going to be really implicit on how they will choose to be seen in the future. I just hope we don't get another Australia DITL

Unpopular opinion: The door with the D&P sign is actually just leading to the part of the bus where they are both sleeping like their 'quarters', I dont actually think they slept in the same bed or at least it will show them sleeping seperatel.

This is how i think its gonna be... similiar to this with a different layout(the dinnette being right near the door..)

(its not very clear srry) at least for the documentary It would be simplest for them to show it like this: phil gets the room with the bed and Tv and dan get the sofa.
I feel like just 'not bringing it up' would be a little hard idk

I think they probs customized the bus to make two beds fit in there, or there's another room that we're not seeing. Not that I care much tbh, phan will never be confirmed by their sleeping arrangements in a heavily produced vid that has been reviewed over and over.

I would much rather for the whole sleeping arrangements to be ignored, I think it would be hilarious that so many people is dying to know and they show just close up shots of their faces whenever they are in their room and before or after going to sleep. One thing tho, I feel like neither of them slept in a bunk in that bus, we would have gotten at least a tweet or ls mention about how awful it is.

I don't see how it's possible for there to be another room that we're not seeing. Unless you mean one of them slept on a different bus. In that case why would there be a sign on "Phil's" room?

Don't see it much either but I don't know much about these buses so it can be possible, or not at all? I haven't really paid attention to this before so sorry if it was already discussed and you already found out!

I also don't see them going "just two bros sleeping together bc it's more comfy" or one of them sleeping in a bunk while the other is happy and in a big bed without having once complained about it during the two months they were touring. It will be def an interesting part of the docu but not what I'm looking forward to the most.

yup, there's a lot of things you can argue about busgate, the fact that behind that door is one glorious giant bed is not one of them

since we're taking bets on how they're gonna address it: i think, taking into account that this was filmed months ago back when they went into panic mode and tweeted those over the top nonsense tweets about having two bedrooms that started busgate, there's no way in hell they are gonna haru it or be casual about it, i think there's two options: 1 - they don't show the bedroom in a way you can tell there's one bed, like the shot we have of dan picking phil's nose doesn't even show that he's a on a bed at all 2 - they make up an elaborate story about how they weren't going to share but oops the bunks turned out to be too small so they ended up having to share haha fun hashtag bros hastag bants am i right

also +1 to the theory that the door with the sign is the on suite bathroom door, i completely forgot there was suppose to be one of those in the bus lol, and if you look on the floor of the picture where you can see the corridor you have the tiled kitchen floor and further down the corridor more tiled floor, so yep, bathroom

what i am most curious to learn in the docu is who the hell did they share their bus with, if anyone at all

Close up shots will be then... at least that's the safest way to go if they don't want to confirm anything.

As for who travelled with them, I'm thinking their manager, drake and perhaps the guy that was teaching them to dance if he went with them to ensure they were doing proper warm up before the shows, the driver, perhaps another bodyguard. I bet around 5-6. It will be great so watch all the people that was part of the adventure having fun together! I hope the crew appears a lot in it

Yes they would customize it to put two beds in if they wanted to. They've put two beds/separated beds before in a recent video if I'm not mistaken (??). Also putting two beds in is a hell of a lot cheaper and less hassle than converting the whole bus to add another bedroom which yeah would be costly renovation and probably less feasible. But Dan and Phil have money, and Dan and Phil have smarts, and if they wanted to, they'd put twin beds in.

I'm not saying I think they have/will put two beds in, I'm just saying isn't it possible, even in light of that email (?)

Unless the beds are like built into the bus in which case yeah it may be more difficult, but still feasible.

Anywho, I enjoyed the documentary chat video on Phil's channel more than the tatinof one on Dan's. I also enjoyed the documentary trailer more than the tatinof trailer. Nevertheless, I'm still going to force myself to watch the tatinof video first even though I've seen tatinof live. I want to save what I think will be the better video for last.

I also enjoyed Phil's liveshow today even though it was short. The Alberta story and the drug interrogation story had me laughing.

I guess I didn't think about that, good point. It would be difficult certainly, and depending on the size of the bed/width of the doors probably impossible to get it through at all....

i assume the same way they get it into the bus? disassemble it into pieces (and put it back together afterwards)

I guess I didn't think about that, good point. It would be difficult certainly, and depending on the size of the bed/width of the doors probably impossible to get it through at all....

i always assumed that the bed frame was fixed to the ground, like the rest of the furniture is, so it doesn't go flying everywhere when the bus is moving

and also the bedside tables are fixed to the wall, and the bed fits perfectly between them, two beds would take up more space
