Surprised to hear there may be a 2nd book but excited tbh, we were all cynical about the 1st one and that was amazing. I guess the selfies taken at each m&g by Dan of them

Would definitely buy a 2nd book, I've actually read TABINOF through twice because it was so good and my attention span is very poor and I cannot remember the last time I read something long through twice hahaha (not even my uni books get read twice!)

Fuck all of you who wanted them to play Undertale and were hyping/ranting because of it, Pokemon GO is the only thing I have EVER wanted them to play.

I'm pleasantly surprised. I mean, it's a smart move seeing as the Global Pokemon Moment is already waning somewhat...if they post this next month or even a week from now it wouldn't draw nearly as much interest. It's now or never and they know it.

I have a confession to make...so I tried playing Pokemon Go and I think maybe I'm officially 'cause I'm like... I mean, my trainer looks cute af and seeing all the little local parks and murals listed as pokestops has brought out a sort of fondness for my neighborhood but I have, like, two dudes as there just don't seem to be a lot in my area And then my GPS doesn't work half the time or drops off or I can't log in...I mean, I don't hate it and I'll probably give it another go once the server issues are cleaned up a bit but for now...meh. Still, I can't wait to see what the boys do with it, their enthusiasm alone will keep me interested.

Actually who knows, if he has his hair like that when they inevitably post a #spon video for tabinof2 I might just let the absolute redundancy of the second book slide and accept the situation with a smile on my face No, I won't.

I don't think I've said anything about he second book yet so here's my take:
I didn't really expect it until people suggested on here that they might do a 2nd book, I was kinda meh about it but now that it's confirmed I'm excited, I love the idea that we will get more tales like the one of Phil running after his backpack about the tour that we haven't before, I want to know all about the touristy stuff they did while on tour (I bet that thing they sat down to be drawn by someone near some water idk where sorry will be there). I am a bit worried about them dropping their channels to focus on the book but like someone said: they probably have already written the bulk of it while on tour so I don't think we will suffer as much.
Same about the Australian tour, it's smaller and I bet hope they learned and will prepare some more before doing that. (also they kinda have to be very active to promote the second book and the ytred things so I'll just wait if they keep it up after those things are released).
edit: forgot to say: I bet it will get something philosophical from Dan about going outside and how the internet is great but friends are greater, judging by the title.

I'm so so excited about pokemon go vid! I thought they would take at least like 3 days editing it, it's coming tonight and I'm so glad. Phil must be home editing if Dan was seen outside (love love the hair tbh). Can't wait to see Phil in that jacket in video

- Book: I don't know why there should be a shitstorm, other than excitement for new content in a different format. I'm just wondering when they started work on it, and when / how they found time to write it (and editors, layout artists, etc. have time for galleys and final form) for a November release date presumably for Christmastime gift giving.

So late to the book discussion but I'll add my piece anyways.

I'm glad the phandom found out about this beforehand because I certainly couldn't take another book trailer video drop like last year! I'll also say that I'm going to say nothing negative about them doing a second book because tatinof was so well put together I have confidence in them that they'll pull off something pretty epic. When they put their heads into something like this they always pull it off. I'm excited to see what they'll come up with.

The branding about 'we never go outside' can feck off though. I hate it, because it's not actually true. They are outside more than most people I know. Please, drop that branding guys, we all saw you out in London today Dan and yesterday catching Pokemon. It's not #relatable.

I was all about the possibility of the 2nd book yesterday, but now I decided I'm going to treat it like the 1st one, basically it's just a piece of merch. The one that probably took time and effort and creativity to make, but it's still going to be a youtuber book. I find it hard to imagine that they had enough unique experiences while touring to share them in a book and a making-of documentary, and I'd prefer to see them in a video form anyway. But I don't mind them cashing in and book is the (only) kind of merch I'll probably end up buying, I have TABINOF and even though I flicked through it not that many times, I like owning it.

I hope so, it's a better message than the tatinof song even though that's obviously jokey and poking fun at themselves, it's just nice for them as role-modelly big bros to so many kids to encourage fresh air and all too. We can all do both and still be massive nerds, and yeah "we never go outside, lol, such geeks" is threadbare by now.

so happy their post-tour focus seems to be on gaming videos. i didn't realise how much i missed the regular lol not compared to normal gamers but still uploads on dapg. it's 100% my favourite out of all their channels and it could be SO wonderful if they really put their hearts into it this year
