It seems that everyone including the copyright errors think that Dan and Phil are one person. But I am intrigued by this. Can this possibly mean that they have a shared company that they use for the shared channels/ tours/ book?

Social blade hasn't updated, but it was confirmed that Phil is with his own company. It shows up on the copyright claims on youtube. (Here's vivastian's post about it from last week.)
