i came back to a toN of new pages !! woah !

regarding busgate, there's probably nothing that can convince me that they didn't share that bed. they'll probably haru it, but whatever happens i just hope they don't pull the "we shared the bed #platonically as #nohomo bros !!!" like lol right, cut the shit boys. on other words, i've seen some p good bus layouts that make sense as to where the door leads to, and i don't personally think Deppy are extra enough to renovate the bus for two twin beds as they're both way to tall for that and everything in nailed into the ground, but who knows. hopefully they'll just (knock on wood) be open abt sharing a bed w/o pulling the platonic bros card but that's me reaching- all will be revealed wednesday, i guess!

Quick change of topic guys (sorry), do you think "dan not leaving the flat for two weeks" has something to do with phil being "social"? , i dont know if anyone thought the same or im just reading too much . Also, does that mean that dan didnt go with phil to the doctor even though he was half blind?

Did anyone figure out which exact bus they had? I know a while back you were discussing http://www.starcoachesinc.com/ but did anyone figure out which one it was? None of them look stripy on the website, but the layouts look spot on.

i'll also add a few questions to #busget since we didn't have proper updates to discuss today and since i wasn't here the last time busgate happened to know the details you all probably know:

how many people toured with the US with them? i'm just wondering, i remember the pic with all the crew from one of the us aftershows and there were like 30 people, but admittedly half of them were probably onsite employees. did martyn and cornelia go with them? (i didn't follow the us tour, i only remember they were with them in australia). what i'm trying to say, there couldn't have been just one bus, could there? maybe they both got a bus each and shared their bedrooms with their flipside manager girlfriend and merch girl girlfriend but played it up for the documentary as if there was just one bus.

An IDBer (I want to say manged?) was able to determine (from a picture of the license plate) that the bus was rented from Four Seasons Coach Leasing.

yeah manged also said it's a 2007 Prevost Le Mirage XL on page 10 of this thread

Yep - three buses, two of which had 12-bunk/back lounge setups and one of which (the one Dan and Phil were continually seen boarding and unloading from) had a 6-bunk layout and back bedroom. And the truck, which they've posted pictures of.

I kinda want Dan to talk about the (horrible) thing that happened to Kim and Ye in his next ls. I mean, it has a good chance to segue into topic of love and devotion and I am here for Daniel speaking 'bout that

it would be hilarious if They stayed on separate buses the whole time, and the original tweet meant that only one bus of the three had a tv/bathroom in the bedroom, and Phil was pouring that cereal for him and drake. I would just about die laughing. ( I know its not likely but its darn funny)

TBH I feel bad for anyone who had to sleep in those bunks - i couldn't do it, i would be so creeped out in that little space. I hope they paid really well.

Is the site running slow for anyone else? It takes forever for pages to load for me today.

and guys, everything you are asking about busgate has been discussed and searched for before, i would highly encourage you to use the very useful search function of this forum, it's kind of tiring to go over the same thing over and over again, and this is someone who loves busgate talking

Yes, idb is a bit slow today.

So as someone just said, this forum has a search feauture that is very handy, and which I used a lot when I don't remember something. And is kind of tiring to answer the same question we have discuss heavely months ago.

the only thing about searching is that i don't think there's a way to search for a phrase, it'll just search for posts containing all of those words in any order, spaced apart. for example i searched "what is the bus" and i was getting lots of posts with "bus" and "what" and "is" all spaced out. Mods? Is there a way to search for a phrase?

I know that with general searching if you put a phrase in quotation marks it searches for the whole phrase. I haven't tried it here but it works in most other search bars.

There's no way to search for a phrase, with or without quotation marks, using the search function here.

The best way to search for phrases is to use google and add this to your search - site:indepthbants.prophpbb.com. You can use quotation marks for your search on google if you want exact matches to show.

Alternatively just go back to the thread with the dates that matches the beginning of the tour? Making a new thread at every 40 pages is a blessing for these kind of things.

Phil also said he was being social and seeing friends this week, which made me think they were having some kind of small screening or premiere type thing for it. If it's not Wednesday night then I think that'll happen at some point this week.

I don't actually think they'll be tweeting throughout it though. They said they were going to wait a few days to have their joint livestream so I suspect they'll just let people watch it the first night.

There are some nice facilities at You Tube Space London that could host a (live) screening for friends and family, and cater an afterparty if desired. Anyway, we already know the couch at the flat couldn't possibly be sufficient to support a family visit.

Basically, I want to make it easier for the people who won’t be able to watch the film+documentary right away seeing as they are not the same as regular free YT videos that can be watched at any time.

Plus I think it’s easier to ignore two whole separate threads designated to the tatinof stuff (until you’re ready to read it) than to read through the main thread and have to skip a post, skip part of a post, etc. due to constant spoilers and in-depth tatinof discussions that would normally be mixed in with everything. This way you won’t have to filter through endless posts in the main thread.

I'm a little concerned about this, now we're gonna have a lot to talk about spread across two separate threads and basically nothing to talk about on the main thread until possibly Phil's ls on sunday, but even that is probably going to be about tatinof and/or the docu. I just don't really feel like this is a great idea thoughts?

Hey eevee, I see your concerns. I spoke to a mod about the threads yesterday to confirm if the mod team was ok with it (they were) so I guess it’s up to them now whether they change their minds and want to keep everything in the main thread?

Personally, it doesn’t affect me where the discussions are because I’ll have access to the films either way. It was just an idea on my part to have separate threads because I thought it would be more considerate/easier for those who won’t have access to them and those who don’t want to filter through/miss out on other main thread discussions (basically the same concept as having separate topics for each tatinof performance). There may not be much to talk about on the main thread for a bit but that’s happened before. I also see your concern about the liveshows and I guess if people want to comment on the potential spoilers deppy may discuss in their liveshow, they can use the spoiler tag for those instances?

Idk, as I said before, my idea of organizing it that way was mainly to make things easier for those who won’t have access to the films at the same time as everyone else. But I also see the points you made. I’m cool with whatever tbh Any mods here want to share their thoughts?
