weird question but since i was never actually involved with the fandom aspect of dnp until recently i'm not sure about it: is their address in london something most fans don't know about or just something that most people know about but don't talk about? i saw some people complaining that their address was leaked recently but even when i was more of a casual watcher it was p obvious to me where they lived from some videos so i'm confused

Nothing of recent. It was back in 2017 when they moved. Their address wasn’t leaked per say. What I saw anyway was people took a screen grab of the area but scribbled over the actual address. But you still could see the area and if you knew it, it wouldn’t be hard to work out. I’m confused by you saying you can tell where they live from their videos? In what way? They don’t vlog so for you to know where they actually live in London from what? Maybe you live there I dunno. When it comes to the area they live I think a fair few amount have seen or know it, it definitely not something I see people talk. I think more people just know of the area rather than the actual address.

They've lived in two London apartments so far. I wonder if the discussion you saw was about the 'leaking' of the address to their first London apartment? Knowledge of where their first apartment was is often brought up in discourse over fans respecting (or not) Dan and Phil's privacy. Knowledge of their current apartment definitely isn't common, though if it were you wouldn't see it on IDB, as that would violate the forum rules.

Now that all of the II merch is on sale, and once it's gone, it's gone according to the IRL merch twitter, I'm interested to see what becomes of the dnpshop. Everything in the store is on sale- do they plan on just closing that store down and going with the AP and DH shops exclusively? Do they create some merch focused on a mukbang if they do one, or just let that website sit empty?

I personally see it being shut down or just left out in the obis. I wish I could of bought some of the merch. I didn’t have the money when I went because of hotel and travel so I’m bummed about that. I can’t fit into a XS or S. I would of settled for getting a bigger size if they had them but there out. I think if it closed down it will be after Christmas. I’m hoping so bad they will have some pj bottoms hide away somewhere! Please guys I only need a M just one.. actually make that two I’ll take too. Also they have Manchester charity merch on there now. It’s full price but if anyone wants one it’s there.

the ii merch looks pretty cool but i'd feel weird buying it since i missed the tour. i might have gone for the denim jacket but i'm not a fan of the giant 'introvert' embroidered across the back, it's not something i consider part of my identity (i can't decide if i'm more of an ambivert or an introverted extrovert or whatever in any case). oh well, cheers for the bonus tour pics phil.

aside from the discounted stuff, the site these days pretty much only sells truth bombs, dapgo and one hoodie design which is still at full price. feels slightly strange seeing how much the old merch has been discounted, i remember buying the pixel people shirt and alpacalypse poster not that long after they were released... i suspect irl will just leave the website floating in the void for a few more years to come.

I know it’s been inevitable for a while that the shop would wind down, but it still makes me sad in a wistful, end-of-an-era sort of way (which has been the mood of the year really).

I mean, never say never to some sort of joint merch happening at some point in the future I guess, but I can’t imagine what, and I doubt it would be for a long while.

(I am a nutter who picked up a *second* jacket solely for the print. That pic was taken in the theatre I saw II in!! At least I had the discount code and the tax off, I guess.)

Why won't it let me edit or delete my post? I wanted to add to it because I wanted to share how I just bought all the plushies, a cap, the whiskers shirt for my kid and the lion shirt for me and it only cost me 50 bucks.

I'm also so mad at the websites, because the actual Truth Bombs game is only available on the UK site which equals massive shipping for a board game. The only thing available on the US site it the expansion pack (which, ironically, isn't available on the worldwide site). It is very odd the way the stock is done for the two sites tbh.

I was tempted to get a demin jacket but didn't for two reasons. 1) they don't have my size available, and 2) like someone else said, i don't feel comfortable splashing the word "introvert" across my back. i am not an introvert in ANY sense of the word. i wear my tour hoodie because it specifically is the title of the tour but the jacket is a little more ambiguous and i don't want to commit to false advertising.

i'm missing Phil alot lately. like, i've kinda gotten used to the fact that Dan youtube content is few and far between and at this point may just be nonexsistant, but Phil was giving us stuff so steadily the first half of the year and now nothing. i'm not trying to complain. i just miss him being cute and funny. i'm glad though that they both seem to be really just living their lives and feeling free though. Dan's brought his edgy humor right along on the gay train and I. LOVE. IT. it's amazing.

The stock is different because they distribute through District Lines in the US, and from what I've heard District Lines is kind of a mess all the time. Funny that they would have that like that, but I know for the UK shop they deal with distribution on their own and with all the other irl shops. iirc I think people were finding the game in Barnes and Noble? I could be wrong though.
