That was such a cute sims video! I don't have much to say about it other than it was really fun to watch. Maybe I'll have more when I rewatch it later.

They're really working hard on uploading to the gaming channel. It's a little bit of a shock to the system, even after gamingmas. I'm definitely enjoying it though. They're even prefilming videos!

Tbh I was too distracted about how good Dan looked in that black button up and wavy hair to really watch the video

I am loving these sims videos lately.(all the gaming videos this year hae been on point. There has not been a dud one yet)

Same. Whenever a Deppy notification pops up, it takes me by surprise. I am not used to such a regular upload schedule.
I would say they are aiming for at least 4 things a week (2 liveshows and 2 gaming videos) then Ap and Dinof as often as possible. I don't know how long it will continue but I am very happy with all the content at the moment.

I thought the stay hydrated thing was from PINOF 8?

[offtopic]you might have posted this a long time ago, but if you're looking for a calming Deppy video maybe try Bubble Bobble, there's not really screaming or even much "bants," just really lovely conversation. When I'm right off the back of a panic attack I always listen to Yo-Yo Ma and close my eyes, no matter what classical piece he plays it always sounds optimistic (I don't know how cello can be optimistic yet it is)[/offtopic]

Probs too late now, but there are recordings of binaural beats and solfeggio frequencies on YouTube, they can be good, there's other relaxing music too. Or if you've got a bit of cash, Paul McKenna' CDs that come with his books, they're fairly similar despite the different themes.

That video was hilarious. I was in stitches when they froze Emiliano and also when Drago turned into a fucking toilet.

I also liked how they decided to "fast forward through the free day at home" and then ended up doing all kinds of family/domestic activities anyway.

Also, I don't know how to put this but I always notice how much Phil mirrors Dan in the gaming videos. Like Dan will start doing something silly and Phil just joins in or reacts to or stresses what Dan said. It feels like he really is hyper aware of Dan all the time and when he's unsure how to react he just goes with what he is doing. On some parts of the videos this gets really obvious imo. (Then again whenever Phil does throw in a comment on his own accord they are usually hilarious.)
And then in contrast there is Dan often ignoring Phil's comments or requests.
I don't mean this in a negative way, it just stikes me as interesting about their dynamic. I think Phil is somewhat more cautious and guarded in these quick impromptu situations while Dan is the kind of person to just blabber away and think edit later
Maybe that's why he got into so many "controversies" already while Phil is beloved by all and his record completely free of drama.

Pinof 8 was the first time we saw it in a video but I know they brought it up again in one of the impossible quiz videos and yesterday's sims. Deppy seem to have a few inside jokes- there was also the weird ear zooming thing they did in a few videos during gamingmas.

i noticed that as well! when asking the old lady to leave, phil verbally mirrors dan twice in a row. dan says "sorryyy" phil repeats it in the same tone, then dan says "ayyy" and phil repeats it in the same tone. hm.

Honestly my thoughts exactly. Just some of the little things like Phil leaning on Dan, then mirroring him, Dan indirectly calling Phil family in a livestream, the fact I can't imagine a totally platonic buddy buying you a signed naked picture of a guy for your birthday and you getting it front of your entire family, and honestly so many cute Deppy moments barely 2 months into this year.

They pretty much mirror each other, don't they? I mean, there's this one instance in the Crossy Road vid where Dan sticks his tongue out while smiling, just like Phil does when he's smiling sometimes. Also, I think there's this one video where Dan does his "hand-to-chin" movement, and Phil follows. Not only do they mirror each other, but in more recent videos, we can actually see how much in-sync they are, like the Who Wants To be a Millionaire vid, for instance, and the recent Google Feud vid. I mean, we do know that they're kinda mind-melding at this point, but it's quite... consistent (I dunno if that's the word, but it probably isn't), if you compare it to some of their older videos (or something).
Anyways, I really do enjoy the video, and... I'm actually glad that Dan is the one who is in charge of the controls because... imagine Phil controlling it. Just imagine. He'll just transform everything and anything. I mean, he even wants Dan to transform the bed with Tabitha on it (which I actually wanna see, to be honest). Dan's song will be "Dab without a mom" the very next episode, but it doesn't exactly rhyme, unlike "Dab without a dad" or whatever else he sang in the vid.

Lol I was so fascinated by how much Phil loved transforming things. Similarly, there was a liveshow where Phil was browsing the new emoji and even Dan seemed amused by how much Phil was genuinely excited over them haha he's just so adorable.

I've noticed the mirroring a lot also; I'm partially convinced that most of the fun for them with the gaming channel is eachother's reactions to things and making themselves laugh lol. They're so cute to watch ahaha.

Couple of bits in the video that surprised me in a good way, lol Phil being the one to kinda carry the Marina Joyce reference. It was a smidge sassy and I loved it. And Phil's comment about Dil's scent in Jeffrey Landgraab's bed. I was like lolol

Yes they do mirror each other a lot. Gamingmas was a goldmine for viewers in terms of actually seeing how close deppy are. The last undertale video where they were doing their little musical interlude sticks out- and I love that they are leaving things like this in videos now.

I guess I see this a bit differently, and I rather enjoy it. That we see Phil as this not-crude lad who occasionally comes out with funny dodgy sounding things. But what if in rl he is just so filthy that Dan doesn't even notice anymore? Lol. I'd be onboard for the good ship filthy!Phil.

O/T but I was thinking about the Boncas and how the awards were decided on by fellow creators and I've wondered about how it came about that Phil won creator of the year.

I love Phil so I'm not questioning him actually winning but it got me curious about his relationship with other youtubers. We see Dan being mentioned and teased constantly but people hesitate to mock Phil which makes me wonder if it's that he is highly respected or if he keeps to himself more.
