For some reason I feel uncomfortable with this speculation. I just don't like invading their lives so much like that. If Phil wants to wear a necklace, then he can wear a necklace without his audience knowing. If it isn't a necklace (which tbh seems like the most obvious option here), then what are we even speculating about? I'm sorry if this is too negative.

Well... maybe the video itself and the screencap posted by madmadmad seem to point towards the mic theory BUT I much prefer trusting the girl herself when she says it was a necklace. Mostly because I'd really like it to be one. Add me to the list of people here who never ever thought about Phil wearing a necklace but who now think it'd be really cute if he did

re the finances: I wouldn't trust the UK press estimations of YTers earnings as far as I could throw the journalist, tbh... And "worth" is by no means similar to "earns"... Anyway. I hate talking/speculating about money. I'm just happy they're doing well at something they enjoy doing.

I agree that it quite possibly isn't a necklace; however, I think that most of us are just musing over the mere possibility being cute which isn't too invasive to me yet But i respect your feelings, we all have different boundaries For example, I share IckleMissMayhem's negative feelings towards the money talk when it gets too detailed and starts revolving around specific numbers.

Sweetie, welcome to my world. At least you guys know what's coming...! I thought I'd be a until I got 1000 posts. this isn't a complaint, I'm enjoying the surprises, although the weirds me out... It probably won't be here for long...!

As for Phil's neck-attire(!) I found it funny how we all almost instantly went for "OMG, IT'S DEFINITELY GOT A RING HIDDEN ON IT!!" through to "oh, it might be a mic" and bouncing around different ideas thereafter. Barely realised it's Sunday and normal schedule would mean we'd have a LS imminently. Lucky we're good at keeping each other entertained!

Ugh, i still don't understand Dan's passion for Kanye, like Dan literally puts more thoughts into Kanye's music than Kanye puts more thoughts into Kanye's music.

Soz for the rant, it's just there are days that you feel everything is wrong with this world and the existence of Kanye and the kardashians represents what exactly is wrong.

The £2mn figure is probably entirely inaccurate but it would include his assets anyway so is nowhere near what he earns/has in his account at any time

I'm always confused because I assume he wants to say "Can you not" but the phrase "Kannst du nicht" isn't really a thing we say in Germany? It doesn't work like "Can you not" does, in my opinion
