However Doug just posted a video and he mentioned he just told his parents before he made a remark about it a year ago (and this is AFTER he moved in with his then bf). Also take note of his mention of "a lot of gays in the youtube community", I find his story interesting as Doug was one of the youtubers that has been friends with since 2009 and he has know Phil way back and part of the tight knit community back then.

they're nowhere else in the vid as far as I can tell. it also appears to me they weren't actually on the same teams for the competition thingy (the teams were assigned by YT), just gravitated towards each other literally as soon as they could. like Phil's clearly on Joe's team, then there's another guy next to Phil, and as far as I know, there were 4 people on each team?
