Sorry for changing the topic and also using a Twitter status instead of an image (too lazy, I'm on my phone), but you remember pewdiepie using Dan and Phil randomly? This reminds me of YT High so much (Esp with the YT logo on it).
But who the fuck am I kidding? I'm mostly just the rotting banana peel at the bottom of the phan trash can who genuinely gets excited over the thought of them snuggling in bed. Idgaf let a bitch live

!!! So THAT'S why I've been having these weird flashback-like feelings from this pic it totally does! It also looks a bit like a scene from a very generic visual novel/dating sim, and now I kinda want to play one starring d&p...Anonymousse wrote:Sorry for changing the topic and also using a Twitter status instead of an image (too lazy, I'm on my phone), but you remember pewdiepie using Dan and Phil randomly? I don't have time to make a long post or whatever but I just wanted to say, let's be honest, the only thing that doesn't feel familiar in this scene is the way he has a forced smile at the end. Other than that that gesture is waaaay too natural. Don't get me started on how they filmed that scene... (love this smiley's name, accurate af)
I will be back on the forum tonight. Have a good day everyone.

old news at this point but posting it for posterity's sake/record keeping:
He liked two other ones, which was sweet, I thought, considering how he seems to hold back on liking things.

So much Sunday content! Phil’s ls! New DINOF and DINI!
DINOF: Remember what it was like to try and tune a radio station in for a few minutes before finally hitting the right frequency and hearing it clear as day? That’s the feeling I got watching the new DINOF. Spon, DINOF brand evolution, his attractions, knowing his audience…this was a golden moment where he balanced them all beautifully. I’m not going to speculate on where he might stand with his own identity (and some folks have made excellent points on here as to why not) but it’s hard to imagine that he doesn’t feel like this is a step toward seeing how things can be in the future. A moment of clarity, a breath of fresh air…I’m happy for him
Though I gotta say...having studied Japanese a bit when I was younger, I do, well, take note of his (and Phil’s in the Japhan content, though mister linguist fares a bit better) pronunciation. Like, “Ota-ku” the way you said it is a ward in Tokyo, Dan. Kudos to him for trying, though, not everyone would
DINI: I love me some passionatewaffly!Dan. My own experience with anime is that I watched it when I was younger (middle school, high school), back in the days when you had to buy $25-50 VHS tapes imported from Japan [insert official middle aged emoticon here]. That being said, I was never into it enough to watch all of the standards, so to speak. Even though I’m older now, I do maintain my diverse tastes in media consumption and may have to check out a few of those recs, such as Death Note and Erased, perhaps even Your Lie in April when I’m feeling angsty. And probably sneak a quick peek at Free! just to, you know, understand the references and all
Phil’s ls: He seemed cheerful and bright and energized (in that so-tired-I’m-kinda-punchy way). I enjoyed it immensely. Sunglasses story (I wanna hear the rest of the US embassy stuff now…what have our people done to you). Food chat (having had both poutine and currywurst, I get the whole ‘pre-sauced’ thing…though currywurst is delicious and, in a very un-Phil way, the cheese curds were my favorite part of the poutine). His American cinema popcorn story made me giggle for a good minute. Something about the way he was like “I didn’t expect a VAT of butter” (and you’re so right, Phil, we over-butter it out here). I hope he and Dan get to experience a cool American theatre for that movie, though, like Alamo Drafthouse in Texas. They're hardcore about the whole "no-talking" thing so it would be right up his ally- warning for coarse language:
I think Dan wants to see Hamilton more than Phil (my pleb behind can only dream but it is coming to my city in the fall). Twitter campaign for Lin-Manuel Miranda to hook them up? They could get one of those photos on his Twitter feed, great exposure on both sides...someone ask Dan in the ls, phandom got this
And he called out us middle aged nosed perverts “I’m too old” folks! That warmed my little world weary heart

Ah yes, the good old days, when homosexuality was illegal in England until 1967. Obviously, people didn't come out in past generations because they automatically assumed people were going to be 'accepting and loving' about their same-sex relationship.2old4thisshite wrote: No one was ever expected to 'come out' in past generations. Anyway, I'll let myself out.
The CONSTANT debate about people's sexuality and the obsession with dragging people out of the closet is just weird to me.

Yeah, honestly, I'm from the US south and lemme tell you, people didn't refrain from coming out because they were accepted. I myself today am not out to anyone in my family despite being in a long term relationship with a girl, and it ain't because I feel like they know and love me anyway. It's because I'm pretty sure they know but not saying it out loud is the only way for all of us to avoid them having to tell me that I'm going to hell and they disagree with my entire lifestyle and right to love/be with who I want, because of who I'm screwing. That is anything but a good feeling.bedhead91 wrote:Ah yes, the good old days, when homosexuality was illegal in England until 1967. Am I projecting onto Dan based on my own experience here? Sure. But I also look at him and see a guy who really doesn't want to hide who he's attracted to and at one point seemed to draw personal pride from exploring his sexuality (in that brief period before the public eye became impossible to ignore) so I don't think I'm entirely off base in thinking that what he wants right now is his fanbase to accept and acknowledge his bisexuality, not go out of their way to dismiss or argue against it on his behalf.

Beyond love this. Now how the hell am I supposed to go sit through an Evidence seminar today and act like a normal adult with these images seared into my mind like some kind of an organic imprint on my neural pathway .... And what excuse can I use during the lunch break to rush out and check IDB for updates? Some days I hate adulting.oqua wrote:Hi I just thought of an adorable parallel hope u enjoy

the actual fuck?2old4thisshite wrote:Wow talk about being ????????????????????????? to death! I was joking, trashqueen. I'm well aware of the DOZENS of different and fluid sexualities that are the go.
I'm going to defend Gemini, too. I've worked in hospitals for ten years. The things I've seen make me despair for teenagers. I'm not going to elaborate too much. I'm as liberal minded as the next person, I'm not '...phobic,' but Dan shouldn't be telling teenagers that 'there's nothing wrong with anal sex.' There's nothing wrong with it between consenting ADULTS. There's PLENTY wrong with it when 14 year olds let their pimply faced boyfriends perforate their bowel because of a porn crazy and gay worshipping culture.
The CONSTANT debate about people's sexuality and the obsession with dragging people out of the closet is just weird to me.
No one was ever expected to 'come out' in past generations. Uncles or cousins would just turn up with their partners. It was never talked about. It was just accepted. They were just loved for who they were, not for who they were screwing.

men and women have been having anal sex for a millenia. cavemen were doing it. rape culture, is the term i think you're looking for. please don't conflate the pressure on women and young girls to consent to sexual acts with a young man trying to find ways to positively own his sexuality after many years of uncomfortable distancing statements. 'gay worshipping culture'??? jesus fucking christ it's upsetting that you have that view of sociological issues when you've just stated you work in a hospital, with vulnerable people.
your last statement is so ignorant i can't even form words. i have no idea what you've based that opinion on, but it definitely isn't from observing or speaking to any queer person, this generation or last. breathtakingly stupid and damaging to express these opinions when people's LIVES are at risk, everywhere, every day.
if what you just said was about black lives or any other minority at risk, people wouldn't batt an eye about putting you in your place with stronger words. i'm just sorry you caught me on a bad day.
both of Dan's videos were great, and not just because i'm 'obsessed' with outing him. he was casual and nonchalant whilst enthusiastically explaining something he's passionate about; and he threw in some skits. what more could you want.
I resubbed to Dinof channel.

Lawl, I could change the topic of my thesis to the likes of "making a dating-sims game" but I have only a month to go and this takes time (or dedication, and my god am I dedicated to Phan). But it's hardly programming.

While there is video/edits making discussion, how about someone with editing skillz would put the Daenerys put to sleep with waking up with Haru together and make beautiful metaphorical edit. Pretty please?

I'm not a mod or anything, but maybe those of you who'd like to share how society is deteriorating because you can't be bothered to learn new words and young people are trying to figure themselves out can make a new thread about it. This site could really use even more discussion threads, if you ask me.

But my heart can no longer handle this. I am too happy and giddy I can't watch last part the DINOF video without pausing the video and flop like a dying fish. was my favorite thing on Dan's ls.
