It has to come from Phil as it's his creative work. His management company can also claim copyright as his their client and managing stuff like that is in part what they are there for. Dan on the other hand is a third party who isn't in it and didn't make it they wouldn't remove it at his request.
Even though to be real it probably could be argued it belongs to Dan as it's intellectual property that was made to be gifted to Dan... probably. But still that's not an argument his going to make in a hurry.

To be fair, Dan definitely knows the passwords he needs to send notices in Phil's name/account.

seriously tho they obviously know how to pre-upload because the ones that went up while they were in Sweden were definitely timed. maybe they are busy or lazy.

Maybe their work parties are as awkward as some of the work parties I've been to and he wanted an excuse to leave early. I have one I'm supposed to go to this Friday, god help me.

He could have edited it before, I think the public declaration of reason for leaving may have been for others more than himself.. As in, to explain why he left to those at the party and ease the awkwardness of leaving early.

While I do think they like to play the how-late-can-we-leave-starting-todays-video-and-still-get-it-up-today game I don't think Dan's really went home just for that he probably just wasn't in a party mood. I think if he really wanted to go and enjoy the party then they would have managed to sort the video out in time or at the very least finished it beforehand and went late. I know I'd rather go to a party late to finish something then have to leave early to do so.

smh @Phil he's drunk isn't he? I notice that they never announce when they're going to a party/hanging out with people/DOING ANYTHING it's always other people's snapchats we see them in

Does anybody else have the feeling that Phil is drunk, and because Dan isn't there to keep track of him, we're going to see him in more weird snapchats by the end of the night that he's eventually going to regret?
