Not interesting, but looks like Dan got the iPhone 7 and not the iPhone 7 Plus. Surprising choice! Since he loved his iPhone 6 Plus so much lol wonder why he changed his mind.

I also note that the case Phil lovingly purchased him from SkinnyDip isn't being used again though (and it fits, I'm using my old iPhone 6 case on my 7 too). How rude. He probably only used that gift for like, two weeks lol.

I picked up an iPhone 7 (matte) black yesterday at the (newly redesigned and bigger) Apple Store down the street from my loft. The new store design almost looks like a pop-up location, very sparse and very white, with minimal Apple branding / logos.... Anyway, I previously had an iPhone 6+, but it proved to be too awkward for me to operate one-handed, and didn't fit well in front pants pockets. I will miss the better battery life, although I'm pretty good keeping it charging whenever possible. Also, I prefer my iPhone naked, you know, to show off that it's actually an iPhone (Not really, I'm just a design Nazi whore stickler...)

I am so happy to have Dan and Phil back. I have enjoyed the live shows and the new videos. Phil especially in his LS makes me so happy. He really can make my day better by watching him. I am so excited for everything that we have coming up.

Kinda bummed that the Dan and Phil shop somehow messed up the pre order for dapgo some of us got an email saying your order didn't go though you have to re order it. Unfortunately for them I can't do that again I will just order on Amazon it is a lot cheaper. I will save my money for the advent calendar.

Phil trying to stop a troll from getting inside his house. Troll being people that he doesn't let into his real life being his house that is his sanctuary his safety and he has to protect it.

He has to block it out by using his mind. By using his knowledge of how the troll (people) work. He has been in the spotlight for a long time he knows how his phans work how the public works. He has learned how to keep people out of things that he feels is none of their business. In the nicest way possible cause Phil is a love. But keeping his door closed is hard work mentally. Door closed to his private life. ( I don't blame him and agree he should not have to share anything he does not want to with us).

It's a video game. Of course it is. He is kinda playing a part but he is realizing this and finding it is not as scary as he thought it would be cause it really is ok with whatever is happening. Life is good he doesn't need to hide as much as he has in the past. Of course it is hard dealing with trolls but realizing it's just a game and in the long run what is most important is that he is happy with himself and his life. Knowing it is taking a lot of mental effort he can just wake up
And live his life.

Mama_Phan, your posts are always so sweet and I love reading what you have to say. I have never bought anything from the Dan and Phil shop before, but I am seriously considering getting the 2017 calendar, because they always look so fun.

I was honestly half asleep while watching the liveshow (and fell asleep straight afterwards). A new anime recs video would be nice, even though I don't watch much anime, because I love to see Dan being enthusiastic about something he loves. I am also craving a joint liveshow, even though I know we've been spoilt for content lately. If they did a joint ls after the releases of the tour vid and doco, I would be up for that. Just saying.

Dan's liveshow was pretty boring this week. I have nothing to talk about or analyze

Honestly I am not really excited about trailers/teasers for the docu and movie. Those things are usually always disappointing and I don't consider it real content since it's just a small extract of the real content that is coming. Also I am pretty sure I won't be able to buy their movies since even buying on youtube is not avail everywhere.

Both Slither.io videos were boring too. The DvP (much) better than the other one, but still boring. Only saving grace was Dan's accomplice look at the camera when they were going about "impressive length", it was pretty funny. (Also Dan if you don't like the game and wouldn't play it in your spare time, why make 2 videos of it on your channel?? I still don't get it. I still think it's disappointing they don't play what they like and they don't do what they intended to do on that channel)

When Dan and Phil start slowly #spon-ing stuff it means they are going to release something related to it, imo. For 2 people who have been adamant that they aren't using snapchat for the whole of 2016, when they then post a few pictures with the snapchat filters it makes me extremely sceptical, so you could well be right about the advent calendar and the filters, or they're doing something else, like someone else said, releasing a filter to go with their YTR release.

Bonus bonus fact: as far as I can tell, the suitcases (damn it) that they used in their dapgo book cover edits thing were just props. I know, riveting stuff. Hold onto your hats, kids.

Dan, on the other hand, didn't enjoy it at all and only developed a very slight interest when he could play against Phil.

that's how i felt about it as well, i don't think either of them really care about it. in the beginning of both agar.io and slither.io they mention that lots of people have asked them to play it, so i assume they are doing it more to appease people than are actually enjoying it. that being said, i don't think that they dislike it but they just don't see the merit in it. it is more something that was requested a lot that makes an easy filler and doesn't take much effort to do and edit.
i agree that it is disappointing when they have games they clearly don't care about, like the .io games, as it is way more entertaining to see games they enjoy/ are actually good at.
