I started watching Dan and Phil a few weeks before they went to Japan, so luckily I was able to witness the whole Japhan glory. I have to say it probably helped suck me in deeper. It was just a great time in the phandom.
I also really want them to have a nice holiday together this year, and to share some snippets with us of course. Some small vlogs from when they are touring are also very welcome.

They still have four days scheduled off on/after Dan's birthday, so I wouldn't be surprised if the don't disappear off the radar for that little chunk of time. Maybe fly ahead of the bus (since that is the Austin to Oakley 26 hour drive leg) and just decompress for a few days in a swank hotel room somewhere.

(Am I speculating or just plotting fanfic? idk idk)

Maybe they'll stay in America (Phil's family owns a house in Florida, has Dan ever stayed there before?), but they might want to go home and re-pack before heading somewhere else.

My favourite time in the Phandom was mid-late 2014, around the time I got sucked in. The active gaming channel, lavitaricca (rip), the general sense of happiness and excitement.

This is a fab idea! I literally spent the whole of yesterday watching old dinofvyou1 vids, (I'm an english lit uni student, I have a lot of free time haha) & it's just not been the same since they stopped, the condensed live show vids are so much easier to binge watch than the full versions
Maybe you could message dinofvyou1 somehow and ask them if it's okay? Does anyone know if they have a tumblr or twitter? Or is there any way to PM someone through youtube?

I for one would be grateful if someone else would do that again since I am missing those shorter versions of the live show to rewatch. My vote goes to yes please.

I had a busy busy day in uni, so when I finally have the chance to read all your posts, you guys already moved on.

Here is my thoughts on the live show: no thought.

If Dan gives no fuck about his job, why would I give any fuck. I'm not being sarcastic, he seems quite relaxed when he gives zero fuck, and I'm happy for him.

I also don't mind much about the radio show, they can do whatever they want, as long as it's good. I wish they do something with the bbc 3, but who knows. To my understanding, which is not reliable at all, different channels/departments of bbc seems pretty independent to each other, it's unlikely deppy been transferred to outside R1, it's possible they got a slot change if they still with r1, or they got offer from bbc3 and ended their contract with r1. Or maybe, since bbc's royal charter ends 2016, the queen hates deppy and got them sacked for the new charter!!!

It's funny that Dan seemed over explaining himself when he talked about crunchyroll/anime themed vid, I have no doubt he will do that spon. I rolled my eyes all the way to the moon, cuz bitch please, you know it's a spon, I know it's a spon, we all know it's a spon, don't pretend it's the next Citizen Kane, you do spon, you own it with sass.

Someone sneaky little shit mentioned Kanye in the chat at the very end of the show, damn, we almost had a Kanye free show, you have to ruin it! Phandom should make this a monthly goal, a kanye free liveshow...

i didn't really enjoy japhan tbh so those 3 or so threads were lost on me. i didn't really care about the posts or the ditl because i was rolling my eyes every 4 seconds at them thinking being a weeaboo was some kind of positive thing. and everything was so small and crazy hahaha oh japan!! and to top it off they met up with duncan and mimei, who i do not like at all girl adopted her own japanese name and to make it worse it was before even moving there, gross . not my favourite time my favourite phandom time was late 2012/early 2013 but i can't remember anything in particular, it was mostly because i was about 15 and heavily involved in tumblr phandom. now im old and cynical and live here.

I'm really looking forward to Tipsy Talk! They're not gonna be actually tipsy, but it's ok because I love Hazel, and I love Phil/girls (platonically).
