Ribena is diluted quite a bit, but you can get fed up of the same thing and even diluted, unless they're buying the sugar-free version and enjoy the taste of artificial sweeteners, it's still sugary.

Also, Lucy Ghost on YouTube has a fun clip-compilation video of the guys feeding each other.

You don't get sick of ribena, it's a way of life.

I think someone noted before that at one point they said they drank sugar-free Ribena. You can see the bottles in their fridge in the Monster Pops video, but I'm not enough of an expert to tell whether they are sugar-free.

As for always drinking the same thing without getting tired of it, I know lots of people who have drunk nothing but Coke (or Diet Coke) for decades

So I would guess they are drinking water to be healthier. Or who knows, maybe they couldn't agree on spon with Ribena and decided not to give them any more free spon.

Ah, okay, I didn't remember that. It sounds a bit petty to not continue showing the stuff and saying the brand name, if they like the stuff I'd think they'll keep drinking it on camera if they want to Maybe plain water made more sense while they were taste testing, the combination of bitter-cartridge and Ribena might have been too much like Phil's toothpaste example.

Thanks to this discussion, I am now craving for some ribena. I agree with flarequake, plain water is a better idea for tasting test

Sugar free ribena is the devils piss I can't believe they willingly drink it. Real sugar ribena is lovely although not great for you. Better to have that rarely than the sugar free one all the time though.

On second viewing of the gif where Dan stood up in the younow it does look to me like at first it's his arm but then at the end we see some leg!

lots of youtubers get free stuff mailed to them...it's not sponsored content unless they are being paid for an ad. getting something for free is not payment. the difference is that some youtubers will let you know "hey i got this for free in the mail". zoella probably gets most of her products for free

First off, the Nintendo game card tasting video was ridiculous, so of course I loved it. More this, less homo-equus horseshit.

Yeah, it would be nice if they'd be clear and upfront. I thought I'd missed a joke or another tweet, I understand how it works, but I still could rant about the ridiculous unfairness of such comfortable people being given so many things just to help sell more, my idealism feels sick so I tend not to dwell on it. I'm more sad we're gonna see the daft party game and unlikely any of Zelda, but it's pretty clear they're happier playing silly games and can bant about anything, so if they're happy

Several ytrs recieved one for free, I thought it was obvious when they showed it in their video, nothing "fishy" about it.

They did prob. got it for free, most youtubers with successful gaming channels did. I'm not sus about them not saying anything tho, only b/c they didn't even play a game, it's not like nitendo sent them the stuff to lick the cartridges. It would be more appropriate to disclose the free-ness of it all when they actually play something, but even then they wouldn't have to since it's not a spon.

plus, w/the low quality of the games I'm guessing they won't give raving reviews about it. I would only be if they only said great things about it AND then didn't say they were sent it for free.

I play a lot of Battlefield 1, and watch the related gaming channels. A number of channel creators get gaming consoles and peripherals / gear from manufacturers to give away to their subscribers.... (maybe Nintendo should do the same...)
