I'd shipped fictional characters and some real person, public figures who weren't actually together before discovering Dan and Phil, so I really didn't come from a perspective of "what are they?" I just watched their videos and interactions with glee and thought "damn, fanfic could do a lot with that."

Re: hiatus. I'm personally looking forward to the joint creative project Dan and Phil(tm) come out with when they're both in their 40s. I'm a patient person. 2035 is going to be a great year, guys, I just know it.

I assumed it was a Vidcon thing but apparently they're meeting today! They did some more stories from what looks like a hotel lobby? The daughter is wearing Dan's sequin skull sweater and they're talking about which one of them will cry when Dan and Phil arrive, it's really cute.

I’ll admit I don’t know who they are, or the backstory here - are they another Youtuber?

Busy Philips is an American actress. She's actually been around since the 90s - I feel like she's been in almost every sitcom ever but she was on Dawson's Creek and Freaks and Geeks. It's just really cute that her daughter is apparently a super fan of Dan and Phil.

No they haven’t met before. I’ll admit I’m a tad jealous (my kid would kill for that skull jumper) and very very curious about the circumstances. It sounds like there’s a bunch of other young people in that lobby.

I'm looking through Busy's comments and it's amazing (pun not intended, swear) how many people have never heard of Dan and Phil. Although, at the same time, I get it. An Instagram user documented on how they are repeating their jackets here, lol.

They both look so lovely here. Dan’s smile is so beautiful and I’m happy to see that jacket again, he looks great in it.

I’m still confused as to what this was all about but if I was a celeb and could flex my connections to say hi to them, I probably would, let’s be real

Whilst this did get my age, (23-25,I'm 24) it did make me realise how old I am...I recognised less than 10% of those creators

They guessed 19-22, I'm 32 but I'd never heard of the majority of them and while I've seen a few of Jacksepticeyes videos a long time ago and a few Manny videos recently Phil's the only one I am a fan of.

It guessed mine right but a few times I just clicked either as I didn't know them, or one I had heard of even if I don't watch them.
