Just enjoy it at face value, a joke he made which had a history attached to it. I don't need to look to much into it, Dan seems to have fun delivering it and as a viewer I found it fun too (and endearing

Also this m&g photo made me laugh with the way that Dan has perched the beanie (to not ruin his hair?), Phil looks really adorable in his beanie they need to wear more hats it's a good look
