Hi all! I've been lurking over on GG since part 8 or so, I just never felt confident enough to post over there. But this seems like a MUCH nicer place. Congrats to the people who set it up!!

Anyway, I've been casually watching deppy since 2014. I was part of that whole troyler mess for 0.2 seconds before I realized they were both playing it up for the views, and then I jumped ship to phan. I believe were in a relationship at one time, but I'm not sure if they currently are. The only other youtuber I regularly follow is Drew Monson.

A little about me: I'm a 21 year old nonbinary, aromantic pansexual university student studying in the United States. In my spare time I like to read fanfiction, write poetry, watch various scifi shows, and play with my 3 cats. I'm kinda shy, and probably won't post much (everyone here seems so articulate with their ideas, and someone usually says what I was thinking anyway). So I'll probably just continue lurking in a slightly less creepy capacity from here on

Hiya! You're right, the ambiance here is just a lot more pleasant than it was at GG, so hopefully we can coax you out of lurking once in a while.



Also - cat owner, scifi fan, formerly into troyler... come sit by me, I think we can be friends. What kind of scifi do you watch?

I'll watch anything as long as it's spacy, post-apocalyptic, or has cool tech.

The only thing you listed that I haven't actually watched is Z Nation. I'm a huge scifi Fan - Farscape/Stargate/Star Trek (pretty much every series) are my favorites. (Especially Farscape.)

And ooh I can't wait for cat pics.

Cool! Oddly enough, I've never met someone else who's seen Farscape (that I wasn't related to), so I'm super excited that it's one of your favorites!

Haven't seen much of Stargate beyond the first season of SG-1 but it's on my list of shows to finish. Star Trek is my fave universe in the list, and Voyager is probably my favorite series
