I introduced myself with some random facts in the getting to know you game, but it seems like all the kool katz are creating their own topics here, so I figured I'd give everyone a chance to discuss with me...

As for age/location, I'm 26 and I live in Alabama in the US of A.
I have two cats named Gus and Lucy, and while I really love all animals, I'm (clearly) a cat person.
Favorite food is chicken and dumplings, and I love traditional Soul food-y stuff. Also any cuisine that combines tomatoes, cheese, and starch. I don't really eat snack-y foods, and I love a good red velvet cake/cupcake situation but only if the frosting has cream cheese because any other combination is blasphemy.

I'm marginally into makeup/fashion in that I like to dress up and wear makeup, but I can't really be bothered to do so most of the time. (It helps that I work in a hospital and get to wear scrubs at all times.) I love to cook and read. I'm also really into watching sports, which is apparently not something that people expect upon meeting me!

I'll answer some of the Dan/Phil questions more in-depth later in their respective topics, but I can get into a rundown here:

I'm not exactly sure how I first stumbled upon the Phandom, but it was around 2010 when I was avoiding all my college courses and having my very own Existential Crisis (tm). I got linked to a Hannah Hart video and started consuming YouTube content at a really high rate, and two weeks later I was subbed to like 50 channels. I still use YouTube as a tool to help me out when I'm feeling down or stressed.

As for Phan: I totally understand the theories behind both sides, but speculation about other people's sexuality/relationships has always felt a little squicky for me. I'm not going to lie though, no matter what their relationship ends up being when all the dust finally settles, the way they interact is adorable and makes me really happy, so y'all keep speculating and I'll keep squee'ing silently in the corner

Edit: Just looked and saw the Hannah video I got linked to was posted in 2011, so now I'm not exactly sure how I got into the Phandom...I know I started watching YouTubers in 2010 though, so maybe D&P came before Hannah? My whole life is clearly a lie.
