IDB

Hi everyone! I'm MJ and I just recently got back into Deppy...I've been lurking on GG for about a month but the website takes forever to load (because of my location I think), but I found idb by accident. I'm getting my econ Ph.D. in the #USA atm so I probably should be working on that, but naw I'm here instead.
I don't really talk to anyone interested in d&p so I'm just going to spew my phandom history down here even though prob. no one will read it, I just need to say it somewhere lol.
I was a fan of phil back in the day pre-dan (pre-dan...I can't believe it was ever a thing?) and I started watching dan after their first collab. I feel kind of bad because I just found dan just so annoying back then but now I'm just so proud of him? I can't believe he used to make

and now I just can't fathom him doing that in 2016. I also love how phil at his core hasn't changed too much (his positivity is A+), although thank goodness he grew out of that scene phase...it was lovely but him saying meow so much made me cringe.
I slowly pulled out of the phandom late 2012-ish (right around phase 2 two voldy) to become a full time 1D fic writer...so I'm sorry if I ask obvious questions about more recent stuff. I've learned a lot from my recent lurking but they've been so active! Which is exciting but hard to catch up on.

I just wanted to say how much I agree with you here. I seriously can't watch older videos of them because it reminds me too much of my own 16yo self and the people I used to hang out with.. Omg, myspace ~2005. These were dark times.
