This extends to social media accounts discovered of friends and family, ex-partners, etc., and to the current location of any individual we discuss, or any individual associated with them, if there is a risk of harassment or loss of privacy.

We've rewritten this rule to cover specific locations to prevent any harassment or other invasion of privacy, in line with the way we've moderated from the beginning. For example, "I just saw them in East London" would be fine, whereas "I just saw them on Fake Street five minutes ago" would not be allowed.3. We’ve also heard from a few people that they have wanted to share information but believed that the information broke this rule, and so didn’t post it - we hope that this update will encourage people to contact us to double check, because sometimes the information is completely suitable for the forum.
Rule 10, with the update italicised:
This update is to fill a gap in our rules.10. No trolling - do not use excessively inflammatory, abusive, or hateful language, impersonate anyone, post spam, or otherwise act in a way that is a detriment to the board. The moderators reserve the right to decide if a poster is trolling. Trolling is grounds for an immediate ban.
