As for the lack of insight into their lives on tour, sure, they don't owe us anything, and they hardly ever really share their everyday life normally, so we shouldn't expect anything. But it would be soso easy to just post a selfie in front of some random tourist spot or a short vid or something, and since everybody already knows they're on tour together, they wouldn't even have to worry about giving the impression that "they're always together/so married".

I don't think anyone has insinuated that Deppy 'owe' us anything here - just that it would be really nice to get some of the things people have suggested like a few more pics or vloggy bits or whatever. Thinking something would be lovely to have and thinking something is owed to you is different, just to state the obvious for a second. I don’t think that it is the impression they are worried about, but more just running into fans. They have to deal with a lot of fans during the tour and while I’m sure that is nice, they probably want some time away from that as well.
Although they could of course post a pic or vid after they have left the place, to make sure they aren’t going to get stalked, which is what they usually do. I still don’t begrudge them to have some privacy and not having to share everything, but if they did want to then I would be more than good with that.

Maybe owe was not the right word, sorry not a native speaker, but their job it putting out videos, which they do (as they should), the rest is a nice bonus if we are getting it. I really like those bonus things, like everyone else here, but I can also live without. As long as they keep uploading videos, I’m good.

Mostly I just find it a bit frustrating knowing they're on this exciting tour in America and could be sharing bits of it by instagramming/tweeting/snapchatting/vlogging and we're not getting that
The pictures from todays M&G are really cute though they make me so happy
I really just need a liveshow soon I need Dan rambling about US adventures please

No don't feel bad, that is not necessary.
I really want those things as well, and get the frustration. But I can also understand their side. Maybe when they are a bit more settled, we will get more other content.
I'm still hoping for a ditl video tour style edition.

I want to know what they're doing in Atlanta. Them not saying where they are/what they're doing as they do it makes sense but I hope we get some delayed tweets or instagram photos once in a while. The problem with the tour so far to me is that they're not really giving us anything we didn't already know (basically, what city they're currently in) and it is such a weird disconnected feeling.

And it's normal to feel disconnected from an actual celebrity, but with youtube celebrities having the pretense that you're tapped into their lives is part of the whole game. I can see how tweeting about the actual shows themselves every night might isolate fans who can't go and are upset, but the whole USA road trip is part of the Dan and Phil Adventure right now. I wanna feel like I'm at least somewhat along for the ride.

This! Not that we are entitled to it, but they've hyped it so much and their whole life/job is social media. I was really hoping they'd share a little more.

My younger cousin likes them so she showed some of my family and they all immediately thought they were a couple. (my brother won't be convinced otherwise )

During the tour I went to, Dan made a few Dad-conscious joke, example: when he was going to do a sexy endscreen dance "Think of the dads! Does no one think of the dads?!?" and "How many dads are in the audience? Oh...so sports amirite?haha"
