Phil look phresh
Nah I still hope there will be a miracle allergy pill in a years' time so they'll get a cat, they are so not dog people. I don't want them to divorce over who to take the dog out for a wee/shit and for a run I bet Dan never took his family dog for a run.
Maybe if they have their retirement home in IoM then they'll just raise their dog to run around with the sheep, but that will be a few years down the road. There is a reason why Phil's parents won't get him a dog and I believe they know Phil won' be able to care for it.
i can't tell if im being realistic or negative because i find dogs gross and very very scary
i just think they're both people who'd enjoy living in a household with a dog, not actually owning their own dog. but i don't see them as cat people either - cute kitten, maybe, but not owning a cat. dan's used to dogs and knows in theory how to look after them, but I can't see him actually caring for one anytime soon. not never, but not soon. i just don't think it suits their lifestyle, and parts of their lifestyle aren't going to change soon
my name is jaejmine masters and i have something to say. dan and phil have fucked up japan
phil lester threw the first brick at stonewall, we love a queer icon

And it is not concrete enough to include in the masterlist, but I like to imagine at least one of these videos included a dog
yeah it actually included dogs because he talked about it in a liveshow and said he had watched videos from a reddit page (I can't remember which) but nearly all of the vids on that page were dogs, including this glorious one: source:http://stumperspunk.tumblr.com[/size]
I see no difference

This. They didn't even really think much about who would watch over their apartment and the living things therein before they went on tour, which granted are easier to forget about than a dog, but may still be a sign that a pet would not fit well at this point in their lives.
I left my cat for two weeks with someone checking in on him once a day and he was still crazy for attention when I got back. I can't imagine what a dog must be life for people that travel often.

I'm quite certain they knew well in advance of leaving for the tour who was going to watch their apartment and plants while they were gone. That just doesn't fall under the category of information they want or need to share with fans.
I think most people here are assuming a dog would come post tour and post move, not right away. And I think by that point they could easily be in a position where their lifestyle adapts to fit a dog. Even if they still did 2-3 youtube conventions a year... I mean, lots of people figure out boarding arrangements for a dog for a few days at a time while traveling. In fact, I'd say that once the touring is out of the way, they're better suited for a dog than most. They don't have office jobs they have to be away at for long periods of time, they'll be able to spend most of their time at home with a pet.

Nah I prefer down the road (5 years or so) they start looking at building a family instead of having a pet; I prefer Phil running around chasing his kids than running with a dog. We know that they are not that brilliant with having too much stuff on the plate at once; so between human and animals, I think you know which I prefer

You can have children and a pet at the same time though.
And I think Dan and Phil are actually quite good at handling multiple things at once. They might not be that great at pre-filming videos, but I'm pretty sure they'd be more than capable of having a child and a dog lol.

Yes, what oqua said - it's definitely possible to own a pet and have kids at the same time, lol. And in fact it can be pretty awesome be raised with pets. (Which Dan was, so he'd probably agree.)
Ok, the fact that we've digressed into discussions of the responsibility level of having children and pets and raising them in a nice house in the country really truly solidifies the dire nature of our need for content.

I'm imagining Dan being a parent that will be busy ensuring their girl (if she wants) will be going to ballet and piano classes, Phil will be taking their boy (again if he wants) for swimming classes and martial arts/sports (if he inclines). Maybe they take them both to all the classes, hence they'll have to freshen up their driving skills
I can also imagine Dan ensuring their children speaks articulately with Oxford accent but every time they visit grandparents Lester they'll come back with Northern accent
I think maybe after the kids are a bit grown up then they'll get their family pet.
manged this is for you, tonight's Dan's special wave Its funny as in comparison Phil just want to leave ASAP.

YOU SEE WHAT YOU'RE DOING TO US DEPPY?!
Eh that would probably happen even without lack of videos.

Ssssshhh...I'm rationalizing our behavior!
We gotta keep it on the down-low from the lurkers.

Babe I am still trying to rationalise why I am obsessed with these dorks, still can't find the light to this dark endless tunnel
So about the logistics of oversized microwave sex.
Okay, look, you clicked that. I'm not really sure what you expected, but here's what you get: a post about phan having sex on tour. If it doesn't interest you, turn away now!
Really, do we think they're the kind who are gonna want to get in a cheeky grope (or more) when and where they can? Or are they too terrified of the potential of being caught to ever risk anything? Like, handjobs on the bus? Do they hang a sock on the partition handle and hope people realize when to definitely-not-disturb?
Shut themselves in the tiny bathroom and take care it by themselves? Work off their nerves in the dressing room pre-show or is it all business?
Or is it a vow of celibacy on the bus and then they immediately get to a hotel room and disappear for two hours, completely unreachable by phone only to emerged infinitely more patient with the world and each other?
Will there come a point just before the show is over where they're high on emotion and feeling a little more risky and that microwave set-piece suddenly does seem kinda tempting? Or will the end of the tour just mean they're too exhausted to even think of sex anyway? Who would be the one to suggest it?
Seriously guys this forum is Phan af ... and I love it.
More than a dog I want to see them with kids, the few times I have bought anything D&P related I tell to myself I'm investing for a future house with a koi pond and kids.
I think they can live without the need of having sex everytime. Like I don't know what is the normal couples behaviour but, do you really need to have sex or whatever at everytime? I think no. They are adults, the honeymoon period is over and I think they can wait to get to the hotel.
Pfff I suppose the "if Phan is real" disclaimer is strongly implicit in every Phan af post we made
alittledizzy wrote:So about the logistics of oversized microwave sex.
Nah, they're an old married British couple, they just wait when they get to spend a night in a hotel. In fact they are more like just settle for cuddling in bed and have a quick one in the shower to help morning boner. I think this will be their on-the-road sex life.
majitzu we think alike how are we years apart

I'm so on bus board for this discussion. If we're being realistic,(and also assuming we're phan af), they've been together for 6 years now. What do you guys think about long-term relationships in terms of sex life? Obviously it differs from person to person and relationship to relationship, but what are you getting from D&P?
Anyway, I peg Dan as kinky af and willing to get off on the tour bus. I peg Phil the same, but perhaps more willing to wait until a hotel is booked, tbh.

How thoughtful of you. I'm vomiting in appreciation.
The person yelling "Put your hand down" is cliterally me.
Also, where are the stories of people following their cars and tracking down their tourbus? Stalkers are letting me down. We still don't even have an ID number for their bus. And more importantly, where are the wild groupie stories?!
