100% this, my first thought when I saw the tweet. And it's not even like it's the first time she's ever done that. She often leaves stuff for the last minute and has some kind of a breakdown. I have a soft spot for Louise and would really like to find a way to defend her here but it's just impossible. She's either cruelly bullshitting us (imo unlikely, for reasons stated above by others) or is once again proving to be totally irresponsible.
