i read something recently that says that people who stay friends with their exes have more chances to be psychopaths. I think this applies to these 2.
That's weird after 3 years to be so happy to break up no?

I think that they are just putting up a happy front for the camera, I can't imagine that they could really be that okay with breaking up after such a long time. Then again, who knows? What an attention-seeking pair of narcissists. I'm almost glad that they broke up, because they made each other worse. I'm curious in a kind of ''this is a train wreck but I can't look away'' way to see who Emma is going to move on to next.

But... I'm friends with almost all my exes, even though our relationships weren't that nice, so I don't see why they couldn't be friends even after such long relationship. But perhaps I'm the weirdo.
And even then, wtf Emma and Luke... Why even make a vid about it? If they were relationship vloggers like Lush were, I'd get that, but like that? lol, attention seekers.

I don't think staying friends with your ex is that weird. What I am saying is the fact they present that break up like the best thing that ever happened to them and that they are SO HAPPY and that they are looking for new partners for each other on tinder is just so off to me. I get it is for the cameras but acting like that after breaking up with someone you dated for 3 years, lived with, probably imagined the future with and stuff, it's just creepy. But if they managed to really stay friends, good for them I guess.

As a person who was casually subscribed to Emma Blackery since the beginning of 2013 to the end of 2014 and had no idea who Dan and Phil was this thread is very funny, like how was I able to be so blind. And I'm kinda sad to see them break up, because I remember guessing if they were together or not. I think they are able to be so casual about it because they actually broke up quite a while ago. I mean Emma was making webs-in-her-vagina jokes in December(I think?), and in my opinion things were weird between them ever since they moved in together.

He didn't explicitly say it but it was obvious. In their breaking up video they try and find Tinder dates for each other, and a guy comes up on his screen. The most interesting part of that to me is that Emma is clearly very shocked and the whole video comes to a halt while they both process why a guy is on his Tinder.

That part really confused me too. Because Emma said that it is what his sexuality is on his facebook (I am guessing his personal facebook) surely that means that she knew. I am guessing they are just "shocked" because he never told his audience that he is Bi.
He could have just edited out if he didn't want any one to know

I just wanted to expand a bit on my hasty-bc-@-work mobile-typed response:

First of all: if she has excellent 'bi-noculars', what's with the 'surprise' at her own boyfriend's dude-matching tinder? If she doesn't want to explicitly state her own sexuality (which is great, nobody has to unless they feel like it), then maybe she should back the fuck off drawing attention to the sexuality of others.
As if that break-up video wasn't bad enough on its own, it had to include her laughing at him "going on a gay-te" and asking "how am I meant to feel about this?" about him possibly dating a guy (whether he's actually bi or not, her comments suck either way). Second to that, the video was on Luke's channel so he could have cut out whatever he wanted. He chose to leave those bits in.

Again, nobody needs to come out as anything, ok? Ok. We all get that. Buuut if that's just two straight people (with their shitty history) laughing about gay dates, I've got a problem. Honestly I've got a problem with the two of them either way and it would take a lot to even get me to neutral on them. They've got a lot to apologise for and the tricky thing is that it's kind of impossible to do it properly. Emma's mentioned a few times now that she regrets 'things she said on twitter' and even name-dropped DnP in that one video. But the specific things she said (or supported), and the intent behind them, gets brushed away. How do you apologise for mocking somebody's (unconfirmed) sexuality/relationship when that person doesn't want to talk specifically about those things? It's lose-lose because being more specific draws more attention to something the wronged party doesn't want attention brought to. Which really just drives home some more that they should have just fucked off in the first place.

And if she herself is actually bi too? With that history? And even the more recent completely useless/compassionless 'advice' to that lgbt kid with the awful parent? Just ugh. Not all representation is great, but I guess it shows that people are awful across the board. Yay?
