sweetmm, agree. I liked it too. What's interesting is that Luke seemingly started the video trying not to be serious but Emma quickly threw him off with her serious answer to the "what are you missing the most" question and he understood that she wants it to be more heartfelt and sincere rather than sarcastic. After that moment I actually found his behaviour to be quite endearing and his facial expressions cute which is unusual for me because I usually think that he's irritating af.

But I've never felt either very negative or positive emotions towards Emma. She's all over the place, she has many flaws but I also see many good qualities in her. She's just very human to me

Their friendship is very interesting since they were close before Peej & Sophie became their best buddies, I would think it they were living closer Melix will be hanging out a lot with them too.

I don't think he's different off camera, especially since emma said he pretended to have a period with ketchup while he was in a dress, that's exactly the kind of shit his online persona would do and it's why i hate him haha. he's just so obnoxious if you ask me! I would have no patience for that shit.

when emma at the end was like "he will remain my ex boyfriend forever" it makes me wonder what happened between them...like idk, i haven't had a lot of breakups, are breakups usually really cut and dry like that? i feel like with my breakups i didn't have that attitude I was kinda like "maybe someday it'll work out again." But maybe that's because my breakups weren't super mutual lol.

Also Luke doesn't do the washing up, another point to add to my "why luke's obnoxious" powerpoint.

I believe they drifted apart due to their work commitment; after Luke managed to secure the fund for his project/movie he moved in with his friend/crew. Emma was working on her music and her priorities are geared into that 100% and it paid off as she managed to be booked as an opening act for Busted.

I guess I remembered Luke when he was a troubled kid cutting himself etc so I still have some empathy for him even though I am totally repulsed by his idiotic behaviour on camera. I watched him BTS in other people's vlogs and he does come across totally different i.e. quiet, serious, its like watching Dr. Jekyl & Mr. Hyde There had been some candid videos where he was totally sweet and caring towards Emma and I can see why she fell for him.

If all they did was "drift apart" then why is emma so sure they're never getting back together? Does that seem weird to you or just me? to me it seems like something else must've happened, but then again they are still close friends so maybe it's just one of those things. I don't know. But another thing is Luke saved all the pictures from the airdrop or whatever and Emma deleted them all, and it was Emma who said they're never getting back together, so maybe he did something that was the last straw.

I take it as different people react differently to breakups even mutual; it may a knee-jerk reaction to looking cool/blase or event to save face. Also some people have weird sense of humour and it may be her style of "joking".

As for deleting photos, I can understand as regardless how mutual a break it the memories still hurt. You don't want to suddenly go through your phone and have an episode or relapse and the fact she has the photo album indicate she treasures them but prefer to put it somewhere she will not be inclined to go through at the flick of her finger.

Even if she did, I don't think that proves anything. Self-acceptance is a confusing and messy process after all, just look at Dan.

Even with context...I don't know how else to interpret that but to think that she finds this girl attractive and wants to romance her in the game.

I just don't see why a straight person would care about bi-erasure enough to make a Tumblr post about it. She also never says she is straight when asked directly about her sexuality. Idk, 2013 was almost three years ago and a lot of things can change in that time.
