Wow that's a dark picture you just painted. Death by mushroomsWinston wrote:If there are any random damp areas of the house they could get mushrooms there too. If it is near the bathroom, and on carpet if not properly ventilated (after some steamy showers) they could grow in the carpet. Because of how mushrooms reproduce they could get mushrooms all over the house really. It is an old building so you never know how the humidity is taken care of there. It most likely would be drafty as well. Closets, corners of the hallway, front entry, wherever moisture and spores collect and something to root into (carpet, soil, fibrous material *cough*the potato sack sweater, you know anything that the mushrooms could get hold of). They wouldn't do anything to the plant itself, and are harmless really. Although if they let them go crazy in the house it could be bad for their heath (respiratory) if they have a problem with mold or fungus, since spores travel through the air. Maybe that is why Dan is still sick, he has mushrooms growing in his lungs? (kidding) Although if he does have a problem with fungus having mushrooms grow in the house isn't super for him. They sound small enough, that they wouldn't do much. though so I am sure that's not it obviously.
Yes. This is a great addition to the conversation....
Also, I hope we get the pokemon video soon. Maybe today? or is it too unrealistic?
