shit that would actually be really clever...they know their audience is attached to the flat, so that way they'd forestall the outcry of desperation that'd probably happen if they just said "yeah we moved you'll never see the old apartment again bye"...but then they'd also announce moving and wrap up the annual ditl...and it wouldn't be expected of them to upload another ditl so soon after that one...so they could casually settle in the new apartment, let us get used to the new video backgrounds, and then just "forget" to make a new house tour...it all makes sense

My expectations were good and low until I started reading here about all the possible videos we're definitely for sure not getting.
I need to expect an announcement about merch I won't be buying or a new office I don't care about, then any other kind of video will be a nice surprise.

I wonder if the video will be obvious from the title/thumbnail (like a DITL would be) or whether it'll be mysterious so I have to watch to find out? If it's the latter, I just hope I can watch straight away or else it'll be torture!

Oh my, I kinda want it to be this now too. The flat is iconic to them and a packing up ditl would be the perfect way to say goodbye to it.

I *want* DITL Singapore, but I kinda think they didn't film one and it doesn't mesh well with the present tense wording.

Would love packing. Aww the wardrobe! Oh yes! The wicker bed stays! You have no idea how much I've wanted Phil to have a headboard that goes better with his dresser. Though maybe they he will get a whole new bedroom outfit.

(My brain only very recently registered that Dan's headboard is black leather. Like I've always seen it, I've been aware, but it didn't sink in. Why am I talking about beds?

i'm generally in class when they upload so i have my fingers crossed that it comes a little earlier or later than usual. it'll be hard because i can be on my laptop in class but can't watch videos without my professor noticing.

if it is uploaded during class i can't decide whether i want to see what everyone on here and on tumblr is saying about it and spoil it for myself or if i should wait for the full experience. i'm going to laugh if it's not even anything exciting though and i've got myself all psyched up for it.

phil singing welcome to the black parade had me in tears. mcr is my favorite band of all time and coincidentally i was gone because i spent 4 nights following their rhythm guitarist on tour for his solo project

overall a very enjoyable video but especially loved that part. the comment about gerard's dream being dead, phil's falsetto, i was laughing so hard i could hardly keep it together[/offtopic]

If I remember correctly, Phil said there was no main channel video last week because the video was still being edited. Assuming that today's video is that same one he was referring to, could it really be just a recording of their main stage event? I would assume that they wouldn't really have to do much editing for that but I don't know.

To be honest I'm never really hyped until I come on here and see all the speculations of what the video could be

Uh it might be Phil starting his own series of Internet support group. They've been so tired sifting through emails and then they'll have to rest emotionally before they can face us in liveshows next week.

I do hope DITL in SG does come sometime though - especially seeing how they've done Japan, Australia and Dan kind of did his own in Hong Kong.

I have a feeling.

There will be a video of Phil announcing he's moving out... he shows everything he needs to pack, starts packing boxes up and labelling them ready to go. He packs lion, he packs his paintings, he packs his bright coloured clothes, his copy of TABINOF, his copy of DAPGO, he reminisces on his times he's had in the flat, the memories, he gets nostalgic about the tour, he gets emotional and looks away from the camera as he stares at Dan's bedroom before going downstairs with his boxes. He will call the flat the 'House of Memories' and look in every room and reminisce about all the good times, all the gaming videos, all the frustration towards The Impossible Quiz and that time that Dan fell of the chair in FNAF. He'll pick up his Shelter moose hat and speak fondly of those videos. And he'll walk to the door and see Dan's shoes that have gone, and wonder where Dan is. And we will wonder too. And Dan will walk through the front door, carrying boxes and say 'C'mon Phil we need to go! You're so slow.' Phil will look at the camera and say 'He's coming too.'

And if that ever happens I will shoot myself in the face.

Oh shit-I only just got on my laptop and saw Dan's tweet! Trying desperately to lower my expectations.

Honestly I'm not as attached to the flat as other fans are having only evolved from casual fan to trash can early this year, but I think I'll still be a tiny bit sad to see it go if that's the case
